I bought flowers for my friend who experienced a loss and this company was very prompt and they kept me updated

It took 4 days for you to deliver my flower for a special occasion to a special person to me.

The worst experience! My order was for same day. It did not come that day. Called customer service and they offered a $5 credit and promised to deliver next day. Didn't happen. Called again, this time an additional $10 credit. No delivery. Called again and wanted to cancel. Told no, they are not going to do that. I asked to speak with manager. On hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. Called back and was told that no local florist accepted job yet because "too far" or "not a big enough order (it was $125), and "ran out of flowers" and "have to pay for a driver." Offered another $10 and promised delivery. Did not deliver. On day five, I received an email that said "delivery will happen today." It did not. Instead, I received another email saying "please call us" so I did and they asked if there could be a substitution on arrangement to "designers choice." Reluctantly I said ok and then finally, on day seven, the flowers arrived looking absolutely nothing like the arrangement I chose. Today I checked the credit card and still see no refunds posted. Lesson learned - I got tricked into using a company that pays a lot of money for search engine optimization. Consumers be warned - make sure you order from LOCAL floral companies - not internet company giants that cannot keep a promise. (P.S. I am very nice to the customer service reps. Although frustrated I never took any anger out on them.)

Funeral flowers were delivered on time less than 5 hours after placing the order. Very impressive!

I ordered the flowers on Monday for a Friday delivery. They were delivered on time. The recipient loved them telling me how beautiful they are. She sent me a picture of them. They did not look exactly like the picture on the website but they were beautiful. Very happy with the purchase.
I live in Texas so I looked up local florists in Santa Clarita where the recipient lives. I will definately order from you again in the future. Thank you so much.

I ordered with ten minutes left before the deadline for same day delivery. They said the flowers mught not get delivered that day. But they were! And my daughter's significant other loved them!

Funeral Services and burial wasn’t near me so needed a florist thot could help with my needs and deliver on time. They delivered in the spray I ordered to being delivered on time.

Beautiful bouquet and delivered as requested. One thing to suggest. When order received, send an email letting us know you got the order.

I ordered a basket of spring flowers and paid well over $80 with a Friday delivery date- spent the weekend on the phone trying to find why they weren't delivered- flower basket showed up Sunday!!!! Wow they only missed my mother-in-laws 92d birthday by 3 days! Won't be using Just Flowers ever again

Our flower arrangement, though not large, was very pretty and delivered on time as promised. We received several compliments on the arrangement.

It was a quick, easy oline purchase and the product was almost exactly like it was pictured in the ad.

What went wrong? Just about everything. The order was for a lush country basket to be delivered on Saturday. It didn't make it and the contracted florist doesn't deliver on Sundays. The florist required an upgrade minimum for delivery to deluxe becasue of the distance, and then they had an issue with getting flowers. The arrangement delivered did not reflect the picture of even the cheapest standard arrangement, which wasn't even the one ordered. Even the basket looked cheap. A very poor quality version from the photo was finally delivered Tuesday, only three days late. Despite customer service's valiant efforts to get the order processed, and removing the express delivery charge, this was a fail at the florist level. Never again with this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! They do not honor any of their website prices. Once you pay, they will charge you additional fees for the same bouquet stating the local florist requires a minimum.... I was just charged an additional $40 because they take such a large cut from the local florist that are their so called "partners", the partners will refuse the order unless they get more money for the same bouquet. Save yourself the time and money and call a local shop. CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN! I can't believe I just paid $120 dollars with the additional $40 fee for a small bouquet that should of costed $75 (listed as $55.99 on their website + $5 rush + $20 delivery) This happened on the day of delivery, I was told they cannot complete the order unless I pay more for the exact same order.

They did not send confirmation of delivery until 2 days later. That is unacceptable. Yes i requested notification.
