I'm SO disappointed with J.W.Pepper!!

I'm SO disappointed with J.W.Pepper!!! I placed an order 6 days ago, and my items STILL have not shipped! This was to be sung at my Mother's funeral. There isn't a download option, and I'm left re-creating the score, since they can't seem to deliver my product. HORRIBLE delivery time! I suggest looking elsewhere for any music you need soon.

The website was very frustrating

The website was very frustrating. I would add an item into the cart but when I went back in, it wasn't there. I was adding a lot, and some would take and some wouldn't. It took me over an hour to add all the products in the system. I also wanted to change the contact information - email to where the digital ones should be sent to, and it wouldn't allow me to.

ePrinting Problem Solved!

I have been buying music from J.W. PEPPER for decades and never had a problem printing until a couple of days ago. I spent HOURS trying to figure out what was wrong! Was it the printer? The desktop? ME?
Several times, I unplugged, rebooted, and prayed!
I checked my desktop's settings and the printer's settings.
I could print from other sites but not J.W. PEPPER. HOURS! 😒 I tried opening the music in Word, but it was illegible.
I finally reached out to their Support Team and, thanks to TIM, who QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, and PROFESSIONALLY suggested I try printing with Adobe, and THAT WORKED! I've never had a problem printing anything until this happened, so I've never needed anything other than Word.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I'm hoping J.W. PEPPER might add this time-saving tidbit of information on their website so others won't be dismayed for HOURS like I was.
Again, THANK YOU, TIM, for TEACHING ME a new lesson!👍
