Great music and some nice features like previews of all music I looked at.

Good selection. Found my piece. However, I ordered it 4 days ago and my eprint is still not available. Support replied to my request for help, but has yet to fix the issue. Seems like eprint should be available instantly.

J.W. Pepper is my go-to for the Christmas and Easter seasons for sacred choral music. It's so easy to preview pieces and build a library. Shipping is usually very prompt and updates are given for backorders.
The site is easy to use and filters help me narrow my search to only see exactly what I'm looking for.

Doesn’t let me track me the pieces of music I ordered

I appreciate being able to order one piece of each selection. I’m a choir accompanist and I want to work on the music early. Thank you!

I wrote an email on the day of the order to inform you that you put the wrong shipping address on the order. That the shipping address should be the same as the billing address 263 West End Ave., New York, NY 10023 attention Gail Bedi. I also asked for you to confirm that received the information. I get all these lovely update letters that are generated by a computer and don’t tell me that the problem has for the resolved.

Your online catalogue includes mini, many pieces that you don’t actually have in stock. To me this feels like false advertising and can impede the planning process for concerts. It would be greatly appreciated. If you’re online catalogue reflected your actual stock.

Ahoy! Sails and Swords by Patrick Glenn Harper (grade 1) is a delightfully fun teaching piece for students. The two optional endings (Sailors or Pirates) have different stylistic elements for young bands to work on. (We had the audience vote via QR code to decide which we would play- students were ready for both.) Lots of percussion parts to keep everyone busy, accidentals and dotted rhythms to reinforce those skills. We had a blast playing Ahoy!

Love the filter of Editor's choice, difficulty of music, season of church year, etc. because greatly reduces shopping time to find the right choir-music fit.
Your Eprint is a life saver in today's shipping costs and speed.

I am extremely disappointed in your service. We were informed last minute that our student had to buy music for a choir camp, and I contacted J&W Pepper right away to purchase a packet and paid $40 to have it shipped overnight. The order shipped out on Friday. Now it is Sunday and FedEx advised that it will not be received until MONDAY! Now my student will be going to choir camp WITHOUT her music. J&W Pepper needs to refund my $40 FEDEX shipping costs! Your shipping department needs TRAINING! They didn’t check off deliver Saturday on the FedEx shipping label and it cost you a customer!

Your selection is excellent although I do have to go out to other sites for some music. And I think there should be a discount for e-print music as I have to use my own toner and paper. Adds up fast!
But, I appreciate that you let me bill to an account and then pay later after the singers have paid for their music!
My only complaint is when something is back ordered, no one reaches out with updates. I have had to cancel more than once and go find the music elsewhere.

Excellent help from customer service staff on the phone. However, all the information I had entered into my "CART" disappeared after only a few days. After reentering all the data into the cart again (more than 15 specific pieces of choral music) and it disappearing again, I was told that I should have moved the data into the "Wish List". Nothing on the web site warned me of this situation. Why did the cart automatically erase without any warning? Please add an explanation on the web site so this doesn't happen to others.
