I ordered a piece of music and there was initially a problem with the ePrint file. The item was double billed and not available. I messaged Customer Service and received a prompt reply. They explained the situation and assured it would be resolved. It was all good within 24 hours- awesome customer service!!

Mobile Support Needed
I would very much have liked to be able to open the document on my phone to see and play the piece. I fully intend on printing it out but I also need to have access to the document on my devices.

I LOVE that I can e-print!
I love that I can e-print. I needed a solo NOW and that was very helpful. It made the difference in my playing this arrangement and one I alread had that I didn't care for.

Shipping Price
Why is shipping $10 for a packet of music? I am a teacher and this is how I order my Director's Packet for TMEA. The packet price is fine, but $10 for shipping is unholy.
