JW Pepper provides good selection and service

Ordering online at JW Pepper is always a good experience. I appreciate the selection available for string orchestra, the ability to look at and listen to scores, and the availability of eprints. I would like it if there were at least a small break in price for eprint purchases since it obviously saves the publisher money, but that is probably not Pepper's decision so that does not weigh into my review score. Once an eprint is owned by a teacher at a school, there should be an easy way to transfer it between co-teachers, since it is the school's property, not the teacher's property. I would like to be able to make changes in my profile, as in updating an email or password, in an easier manner. I realize these are minor issues it would make the website experience less clumsy.

Once I got use to the new layout and…

Once I got use to the new layout and functionality of the updated web site I like it. However items that are old and out of print need to be removed form inventory, I got 5 hits but they were all POP, then why are they still in there?
Ordering it easy, my items come when expected, if something come damaged the replacements come ASAP.
Keep up the great work

Website is terrible

Website is terrible. Accidentally ordered twice and I don’t even want to report it because that would mean I’d have to deal with the website again. Music is great, but functionality is HORRIBLE.
