Terrible quality, worse customer service - Wakefield
Purchased a garden furniture set in the Wakefield store, got home to put the set together and none of the pieces actually fit together. Had to make another journey back to the store to take it back and replace it.
The new set was damaged but still put it together hoping for a replacement part, sent an email to JYSK customer service, after nearly a month I finally got a response telling me to contact the store. I emailed the Wakefield store directly and not heard anything back either. Really poor from start to finish and having to just accept the fact that I have a damaged part on the set. Would never buy anything from this company again

I expected a delivery from them so I stayed at home to wait.
The delivery was canceled without my notice and no communication was made,very unserious people!🚮🚮.
What does it take you to communicate to your clients earlier about cancellation so they can plan their day well?!
It's a shame that I had to first call you to find out about the cancellation!

Waited for 11min first in line. Two people at the cashiers, but both busy. Probably doesn't happen often, but I was in a hurry and wanted to do the in store pickup to be faster in and out. Came in the morning early as well hoping it would be quiet.

She was incredibly supportive, patient, and professional throughout our visit. She listened to our needs, gave us great ideas, and helped us choose the right products for our home. Her knowledge of the products and attention to detail made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
