Easy to set up, but poor delivery service
Easy to set up with clear instructions. The quality looks good for the price. Happy with the purchase. Although disappointed with the delivery as there was no advance notification of the delivery date and time and it arrived without advise and as I wasn’t available I had to go down to the local collection centre which wasn’t that close. So why did I get charged for the delivery. If I was going to collect it anyway then I could have saved on the delivery charges. I WOUKD LIKE A TEGUND OF MY DELIVERY FEES.

Terrible customer support service in Portugal - the chat is always offline and the call center not only has a very limited schedule as the lines are extremely busy and you may not be able to enter the queue. Result: I am still waiting for any news regarding my delivery 4092850627 made on the 20 of May 2026

We need people who can lift furniture up to the floor.
The only downside is that there are no people who will lift the furniture I buy from you to the required floor for a separate fee.
