I placed an order at kamdi at the end of august, week 33 (total value of 3700€). All items were available in 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately a 250L expansion tank was not in stock so I got an email that it would be shipped in week 39. Ok, Im not in a hurry so no problem so far.
wk 39 => email to kamdi, no reply. After calling "it will be shipped when the expansion tank is available beginning next week."
next week, after calling "Oh, yes... the 2000L hot water tank is also not in stock.... and we can not guarantee it will be this year." So I cancelled the hot water tank and exchanged the expansion tank for a smaller model they did have in stock. "kamdi: yes, now we can ship everything this week"
long story short, another dozen phone calls and emails later I still have only halve my order. In the mean time the availability of these items according to their site is still 1-2 weeks.
e-mail are just not answered.
Phone is answered after a minimum of 7 min waiting and if not within 10 the connextion is just broken.
after waiting for 10 weeks I have also gotten a new invoice, they increased some prices since I placed my order 10 weeks ago and so after cancelling the storage tank of 1700€ I would be refunded only about 1200€
If you still want to order something here, and I would advice not to, give them a call to ask if the item is in stock because the website is just wrong.
