I initially feared the worst as the tracking was non existent and having viewed the poor reviews however the item arrived and was of good quality, accordingly I deleted my initial review slating the company - I apologise

Please stay clear of this site. I ordered a pillow after 4 week still had not arrive,
So after contacting their Customer Service with no reply i went to paypal
paypay gave me email so sent message..
low & behold a few days later a email saying dispatched.
Arrived yesterday 12-11-2024
What utter rubbish it is £28+ postage
Its like something from £1 shop even has a small hole..
WHAT A SCAM!!!
Sadly a sign of time on line shopping is ripping us off so often!!!

Do not buy from this website…. I too believe it is a scam, ordered a cassette tape converter over a week ago, charged for it immediately, and have had no information since.. I emailed for a delivery update and realised the email provided did not exist, and I have found no other way of contacting them.

As previous comments. Packaging was badly damaged, wrong product sent. Now not answering my emails. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. These companies spoil things for all the small, honest companies online

Awful site, it’s a scam!! Do not use this site. It’s been 10 days before they have even ‘dispatched’ my item. I requested a refund before this twice and they still refused and claimed to send it anyway. To delay the fact it is a scam!! Do not order from this site!

Item described as tinsel and needing batteries made of tinsel, they were plastic have no lights in them and nowhere to install batteries, if I don't get a refund I will be opening a charge back claim with my bank.

Ordered and charged straight away. After a week no order confirmation, so contacted them. They cancelled the order, stating a stock problem. Refund issued they said…. Two weeks later and many emails no refund received. Amex contacted to dispute charge.

Same as others, wish i checked reviews on trustpilot. checked item on amazon which was sold out, and then found on katycraft. Item received was a much chepaer and leeser quality to the one described on their site. going by other reviews, a refund will be hard to come by. I am in the process of contacting my bank to perform a reverse charge of the payment made to Katycraft.

Scammers, absolutely avoid

I wish I had checked trust pilot before using this company. Don’t be fooled by the professional looking website, they are scammers based in Vietnam. You will not get what you ordered when it eventually arrives. SCAM COMPANY.

I went to this site looking for a booster car seat. Looking at the reviews, as most people do, I noticed the pictures from "verified buyers" all had the same table cover!? Speaks volumes what kind of company they are.

I am totally disgusted with this Company.I was initially given to understand I was dealing with a UK company, and I returned the product which was not fit for purpose ,back to the address on the parcel.I was then told I should have sent it back to China.There is no sign of a refund yet they have the product.I will have lost over £30 and will never ever deal with Katy Craft again

A drill guide, advertised as aluminium was, in fact, plastic. Delivery was almost a month, this company appears to be based in Vietnam. I asked for a refund as the product was incorrectly described. Told it would take a month. If I was cynical I would suspect the misrepresentation was not accidental. Despite my comments it has not been changed

I tried canceling my order before it was shipped and they refused to cancel the order. 3 days after trying to cancel they emailed order is ready to be shipped and cannot be cancelled. When the shoes arrived it looked nothing like what was being advertised. It cannot even be worn because it was a thin paper looking shoe that was supposed to be an orthopedic trainers.

Appalling, product not as described. Reviews show a quality aluminium tool the actual item received is cheap plastic and could be bought on ebay for a fraction of the cost. Doubt I will see the money back. Completely fraudulent representation of goods. Shocking really, I will take more time in future to vet companies before purchasing. Buyers beware on this one.

What I ordered was nowhere near the product that was advertised. In addition, the reviews on the site are obviously fake because the images show a product of far better quality and bigger in size. Avoid this site at all costs. You'll end up waiting a long time for a poor Chinese product that isn't what you paid for.

I bought a baby high chair seat but the quality was not what I expected (there was some fraying on the stitching). I emailed their support team to request a return and refund and was very shocked with how they handled the situation. They actively discouraged me from returning "the return will take about 35-40 working days...the order is very easy to get lost because our warehouse is in China...hope you reconsider". Instead they were encouraging me to take $5 refund, when my order came to £50!

As a UK consumer I am genuinely shocked by this level of customer care. Consumers should be protected from this company who are operating with very poor and questionable customer service practices.

I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't received the item.

I report the same issue as other reviewers- they sold me a faulty item. A glasses cleaner that broke after a few uses. They said they could only refund me 50% as they had 'lost the cost of advertising, the cost of the product for your order'. I also noticed the item I bought was a rip off of another branded item. Wish I'd bought the proper brand now. Do not buy from this company, it's a scam.

This company is a complete SCAM! PLEASE IGNORE ALL GOOD REVIEWS AS THEY ARE WRITTEN BY THE COMPANY ITSELF TO DISTRACT FROM THE REAL REVIEWS OF THEIR APALLING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES!!! They have a website page which make it look like they are in Belfast but they are actually in Vietnam - they do not make this clear. They probably have someone in Belfast prepared to write fraudulent glowing reviews. Absolute crap products. Basically they distribute sub standard gear and then ask for photos of the broken product. Then tell you that they will only give you a refund if you return it. Have now reported them to UK CYBER FRAUD as the Belfast company is a shell company - these people are criminals and con men. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Choose any other company
