I purchased a unique wooden keyboard from this company, firstly not sure when it would arrive as there was no timeframe for postage and no option to pay extra for fast postage.
After two weeks I followed up on this and was told it had been dispatched, when asking for a tracking number I was told there was delays, after a further two weeks of back and forth with the same issues they would not provide an update until I advised I would look to write reviews on any site I could find about my experience, they then issued a full refund after 5 weeks since my original purchase, I am not very happy as I didn't want a refund I simply wanted the item I ordered and was mislead and diverted for weeks whenever I tried to query where my item was.

Don’t use this company! It’s a scam. They sold me a kids sink that doesn’t work and they won’t send another or refund me.

Do not buy from this company...
Ordered a dog floppy fish toy, advertised as having gentle tail movements. When it arrived it was singing loudly in Chinese and flashing like a Christmas tree. Neither singing or flashing lights were in products details. When I requested a return due to not as described they said it was in working order and was what I ordered and refused to allow a return for refund.

Took weeks to arrive from China. Incredibly poor quality. Nothing like the photo. No return details on the package. Don’t even know where to start getting my money back. Stay away from this scam company!

The Product I got was NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.. Have Contacted Katycraft regarding the Problem in a number of Emails. Scammers .. damaged faulty item dies not resemble anything more than a bag of cotton wool .. They refuse to refund they do not listen or care. The product was for a lady with dementia to help her get comfortable.. it was late with no updates .. small print about China .. told to send it back for a refund.. I sent photos but no…uncaring and terrible product and service they need reporting

Faulty goods received had to open a PayPal case as company won’t provide return information for refund.

I ordered my cushion on 31/1/2023 received it on 13/2/2022. Well packaged. Cushion was what I was expecting. Received a couple of emails a few days before I got the cushion to update when they were arriving. Only issue is the name of the company did not suggest nor did anywhere on the website say that you're buying straight from China. My problem is that when products comes from that far away it will inevitably take longer than when the products are in the UK. I would have preferred more transparent that score otherwise I have no complaint.
