Absolutely disgusting customer service and the clothing is just cheap tack! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This company is a scam. I received faulty good. I tried to log back in to the website, it would not let me. I requested a reset password and got nothing. I contacted their customer support, they asked for video of faulty good. I sent this. Then asked for order id and I said I can no longer log in, they didnt respond to this. Then I requested where to return the items and asked for a full refund and giving them the last four digits card number I used for payment and they said I should check again as they did not receive any payments from the account details I provided. How is that possible? How is it possible that I will receive their goods without first paying for it? I had even sent a screenshot of the payment coming out of my account. The payment showed payment to yarnobession.com. They came back to me with this email after many going back and forth and I quote,
“ Hi Toyin,
So maybe you have confused our website with another website.
Our website is KatyCraft.com and not the website you mentioned.
Please find the correct website where you placed your order.“

This company is a scam.

Stay clear of them!!!! A complete scam!!

Update: After leaving this review, a supposed manager emailed me claiming their customer service person who was responding to my email was giving out wrong information. They had suddenly and “magically” found my account and claimed I had typo errors in my email address hence they couldn't find my account the first time I had contacted them. They will do everything they can to resolve my issue and that I should kindly delete my review, though they offered me no refund until I have tried the product for 3-4 weeks and if it doesnt work to my satisfaction then I can return the goods and get a refund.

I insisted on doing the return now and getting my refund. I declined deleting my review. My argument was how did they suddenly find my account after I had posted my review and now they are asking me to delete it because it won’t serve their reputation. Why did they not put the same effort to locate my account the first time because I didnt provide any new information. My trust in this company is zero.

In conclusion, they agreed the return but I had to send the goods to China and I have to bear the delivery cost. Also, they said the entire process could take a month before I get my refund.

When I ordered, I paid a UK delivery cost. Now, I would have to spend more money to send the goods to China and then wait an entire month for them to process my refund?

I just noticed on their packaging that they had a UK Return Address. How does any of this even make sense?

I got tired of the back and forth with them. Insisted they do not email me again, that they could keep the money and I will absolutely not delete my review.

This company is disorganised and shady! I will strongly stay clear of them.

Paid £41 for a product that doesn't work, has chinese instructions and a foreign plug.
Company accuse me of lying about it not working and won't let me return the product.

I ordered a bra 3/21/24, it is now 4/6/24 and have not received it. I tried calling several times ang got nothing. No information was given no text or email to let me know about a delay or anything. My bank account shows that they did get the money. I can't believe that they are advertising on national TV.

This company is absolute rubbish. I ordered a spy camera and it has taken over three weeks to arrive from now I discovered was Vietnam! The camera is useless. Don't buy anything from this company. RUBBISH

Returned the item from Uk to Vietnam but never received the refund. They replied once to my email before the return and after that they never replied back. Tracking shows they have received the item.

Absolute rubbish.
Item arrived 2 weeks late. Missed a little girls birthday.
Then was cheap plastic rubbish, not even in a box, just shoved in an envelope and nothing like the pictures shown on the Katycraft website.
The phone number to call and complain is in VIETNAM (+84 Country code) so I wonder if that's why the item took so long to arrive.
It is misleading that they do not disclose this as I no longer buy from the far east as been caught out with cheap rubbish from there before.
This is a nasty little company and I would go so far as to call them scammers.
Trying to get a refund, but doubt it's going to be easy.
DO NOT USE them. And don't for a minute believe the fake positive reviews on here.

Order never arrived. Company supposed to be based in Belfast but email replies are from Vietnam. Emailed on numerous occasions just get referred to a tracking number which has put the package somewhere between China and the UK for the last month.

I bought a woven wool top to wear this winter 23/24. The pictures looked great on their website and the reviews where good too but when l received the top l know straight away it wasn't the same as the website pictures. It's not made of wool, buttons are missing off the cuffs and even though l ordered an XL (lm tall and slim) in the didn't cover my backside, like it shows in the website pictures. So l'm still within the 30 days to return and get a refund but they are not so easy to get your money back. They have my pictures and a video to prove that it's not the same thing that is advertised on their website. This should be enough but they are still not willing to give me my money back. The top is brand new, still in its original packaging waiting to be sent back. Does anyone want to buy it from me..?

I recently purchased a ‘Food stack layer insulated with cover’ and waited weeks for delivery from Katy Craft. I purchased it to keep my mum’s dinner hot, ready for when she wanted to eat it. Beware before you consider buying this item for a number of reasons. It isn’t very robust. Make sure you are aware of the size. The pictures make you believe that you can put your dinner plates in and keep your food nice and hot… Wrong! It is only large enough for a small sandwich plate and it doesn’t keep the food hot at all! Certainly not 90 degrees as advertised. The reviews linked to the item seem to be referring to a lunch box so doesn’t even apply to the item advertised. I emailed Katy Craft and received a prompt reply. I was told to send photos in before they would consider a refund. I asked them to explain how I could convey via a photo that it doesn’t keep the food hot, which was my main complaint. It’s Company procedure apparently and if they agree after I have sent the photos that I have a genuine complaint, I will have to send the item back at my cost and wait 2 months or more for a refund.
I strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company. Would score ‘no stars’ if able to.

My experience with Katycraft is entirely negative. They don't even deserve one star.

I bought an electric slimming belt that arrived almost 3 weeks after purchase (and after I chased). The belt came in bubble wrap and did not hold any charge. It was extremely loud and smelt as if something was burning inside. After numerous emails with customer service they offered me a 70% return because (they said) they don't know if shipping caused the belt to malfunction or me misusing it. Although I contacted them within 24hrs of receiving the product! They want to make you think it is your fault.

People leaving good comments here must be paid. They offer really bad quality products that are unsafe. Be warned, they are scammers. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from them.

Item not a described,not functioning correctly. I was asked to return to China at cost to myself but postage would cost more than the item so did not return.

I purchased a backless bra size S. The reviews state that its comforter with (mild support but looks super cute for big boobs). I'm a size 8 with a bust size 32C and this bra doesn't fit my bust size and has absolutely NO SUPPORT AT ALL. If you have a bust size A then maybe it would fit but if your any bigger then that I suggest you dont waste your money. Also it isnt easy to return as it doesn't come from the UK.

You've been warned. I guess the good reviews here are fake! This company makes out it's in the UK, but it isn't...it's in Asia! I ordered from them, and my money was billed to Yarnobsession. Now go and read their terrible 1-star reviews!!
I did not receive an email notification of my order (strange) and have not received any shipping details or the actual item (two weeks on)! I've also been receiving a lot of phishing emails since making the order!!!!
AVOID at all costs.

Do not , I repeat do not deal with Katy craft.biggest scam company ever to buy from. Honestly they should be closed down at once. So so unhelpful when you have a problem with a purchase through them.

Don't buy anything from this site. It sells fake and very cheap goods. The product I bought broke after 2 uses. We contacted them, they asked for a video, we sent them, and they said they're sorry, we can't do anything. Don't buy anything from here.😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 They left good feedback on behalf of their website using my name on another site. 5-star. I'm Bulent akyildiz. The picture is not mine. Be careful when buying.

I ordered a slim watch from them and they sent wrong watch. I have sent seemails asking for refund but no luck. Stay away from these kind of seller. They steal vulnerable old people money. Don't buy anything from them.
