The product came broken. It was clearly used, packed in a torn box with the parts loose. My effort to return the item has been arduous. I am getting a refund, but it has taken triple the time and effort with back and forth communications, having to send photos.

The customer service went above an beyond to makes sure my vanity arrived within a tight timeframe between two of my business trips. Worked out really well and love the elegant and stylish design at a great price!

Okay, I never leave reviews. I ordered the wrong part for a discontinued toilet, and Teylar not only helped me process a return, but asked me about my issue and helped me actually find the part I was looking for. I’ve been looking for this part for MONTHS.She helped me in calling Kohler directly and took care of finding the exact product for me. She also didn’t push me to buy it from the company and offered various solutions. She couldn’t have been more helpful and honestly brightened my day.

Fantastic quality vanity. Had the Mid Century Modern vibe we were looking for and a price that couldn't be beat. Shipment was well packaged to ensure it arrived brand new.

They cancelled my order with no explanation or apology 9 days after I ordered it

Very frustrating

My experience with KB Authority has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. I purchased a high-end Toto toilet, and it was delivered to my house completely shattered. The box was clearly not packed well enough to survive shipping.

Any reputable company would apologize and send a replacement immediately. Instead, KB Authority has dragged this out for weeks. I have provided clear video evidence showing the item is broken inside the original, unopened packaging, yet they are fighting me on a refund.

Their phone support is shockingly incompetent; the agent merely a bridge to an RMA process (another team). I have been forced to store a heavy box of hazardous broken porcelain in my garage for over two weeks while waiting for them to "review" a clear-cut case of damaged goods.

Do not risk your money here. If your item arrives broken (which is likely given their packing), you will be on your own.

Ordered Kohler faucets items. One of the items had clearly been opened (see attached picture of what the inside of the box looked like when I opened it), clearly was not packaged by Kohler like this. It had scratches, a small dent and a scratch that someone tried to hide. I contacted the company, they will not provide refund, the are claiming it will take 7-14 days to provide status on if they will refund. This company is deceptive, would not purchase from them.

I never received the "free gift" that was listed in the item description and was listed in the shopping cart and order confirmation. It was a milk-frother.

I enjoyed the opportunity to work with KBA, and they did great work making my purchase ordering and delivery process smooth.

Ordered the SWISS MADISON SM-SCS60 PLAISIR WALL-HUNG TOILET SEAT on 11/09/25. Processed quickly the following day and received 11/11/25 via FedEx. It was packaged nicely. There was a 50% off sale, which was great. Would recommend.

I didn't think that I would find the base for the pedestal sink to replace the broken one we purchased locally 30 years ago. We checked online with KB and there it was! It was reasonably priced and delivered on time!
