Their customer service is horrible, they lie and don't honor the promise on their website! Their website states, "Low Prices Price Match Guarantee." They don't honor that. I purchased a Modway Solana headboard for $271.69. Since their fulfilment and delivery was taking so long and I needed it by a certain time, my Designer started searching other sites. She found it on Wayfair and Walmart for $175.79, which is almost a $100 difference. I contacted KB Authority three separate times only to be given the runaround, them stating they do price match but it's no guarantee (contrary to their website) and they said they would call me back but no one called me back from any of the times I called. I had to call my credit card company, Capital One to dispute the charge and they had me file a price match claim with VISA, which I'm waiting on their decision to match the price. My Designer and I will never shop with them again. I want to spread the word on their dishonest practices.

All of what you said is not true! I called the Friday after I placed the order to request the price match. Your rep couldn't see in your system is if my order shipped and he stated that he would contact the supervisor about the price match and call me back, which he never did. So I guess your supplier is different than Wayfair and Walmarts because it doesn't seem that their supplier was affected by tariffs since they were selling it for $95 cheaper than your company. You did not offer me a 5% discount. I ended up getting a price match through Visa's Business Card Program. You never intended to give a price match and your website has false advertisement. Your company will end up closing due to your dishonest practices.

We bought a new light to go over our kitchen table. When it arrived, the light globes were much different than we were expecting based on the picture shown on the website. We called at least 3 times to rectify the situation offering various solutions, i.e. a partial refund that would allow us to purchased new globes that looked more like what we thought we were getting or even them sending us different globes. They said they'd contact the manufacturer and give us an answer. Every time they said they'd call us back, we had to call them back as they never did follow up with us. Eventually, we just gave up. We bought new globes and kept the old ones in storage in case we ever sell the light and can offer different globes with us, but they are really just taking up a lot of space, so we may have to sell them to recoup some of the additional money we ended up spending on new globes. While their customer service reps are friendly, I'd still rate their customer service low because there's no follow-up to issues, and they don't really do anything to offer resolution besides offering you a return that they charge a lot of money for. Check the restocking fee before you place your order. We knew about it, but we were set on that light and knew we wouldn't return it. We did give feedback to the company to get more accurate pictures to update their website with so that people would know which globes they are actually getting. They also did nothing with our feedback. I wouldn't likely order with this company again as it just ended up causing a lot of stress.

KB+A is a scam website that promises free shipping when you order but then emails you demanding you pay a shipping drop fee or they will cancel your order. Their website lists false advertising of prices, in stock items, shipment dates and free shipping. KB+A has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I ordered a sink off of KB+A based upon their listed price of $374.79. This included free shipping. Their website also stated that they had 3 sinks in stock and ready to ship in 3- 5 days. Two days after ordering, I received an email from KB+A stating that I had to pay an additional $159 to proceed with the order because the sink was discontinued and it had to be shipped to me from the manufacturers warehouse. I called and spoke with Chino who was of no help. I asked for a Manager and when I was transferred, I was hung up on. I called back and spoke with Taylor who said she was a manager, but she was not. Taylor gave me a run around story about why I was being charged an additional $159 fee. First she said it was because they had to outsource the sink and it was not a shipping fee. Then, she said it was a manufacturers shipping fee. I asked for another manager as I was getting nowhere. I was transferred to Stephanie Rodriguez who said she was a manager. She is not. She is a sales rep. I have now been lied to THREE TIMES! I explained to Chino, Taylor and Stephanie that their website says free shipping and that it says they have 3 in stock. Stephanie said it was 3 in stock for the whole United States. As I was on the phone with them, their website still listed the product as available and ready to ship but at a much higher price. I told all 3 representatives this and that it was false advertisement. They all said their website is not live and needed to be updated. I tried to work with them, even offering to pay at least $50 of the $159 shipping. They refused to cover the shipping considering they were at fault. Stephanie then interrupted me and said she had already canceled my order. When I told her I would be contacting the BBB, she told me to go ahead and then hung up on me. This company has so many inconsistencies. Their employees are very rude and untrained. The company website needs to be shut down.

I ordered a 6034 Turbo tub by Americh with a polished chrome linear drain from KB Authority in March 2025. What looked like a smooth buying experience at first quickly turned into a drawn-out nightmare.
A full week after I placed the order, I was told the finish I selected was "no longer available." But that was because KB Authority submitted the wrong finish (oil-rubbed bronze), which Americh doesn’t even make anymore. This showed they hadn’t even tried to place the order with Americh for an entire week. It then took them another two weeks to correct and resubmit it.
Worse, they wouldn’t give me a purchase number to contact Americh and confirm anything. They claimed they “didn’t have access to that info,” leaving me totally in the dark for weeks.
A month later, the tub arrives but they sent the wrong one: I ordered a left-hand drain, and they sent a right-hand. Customer service was useless. They passed me off to their RMA department, which can only be contacted by email, and even their own staff can’t reach them directly. It took a full month to arrange a pickup, during which all my emails were ignored. I had to store this huge tub and pallet the whole time. Then one day I was notified at 10am that the carrier would arrive that same day, between 9am–6pm, and I had to print my own shipping paperwork. No coordination, no warning.
The entire process was a mess. If you look at BBB, you’ll see 20+ similar complaints about KB Authority.
To be clear, Americh is a great company — the problem is using KB Authority as your dealer. I strongly recommend buying through anyone else
also because I know kbauthority will try and reply to this let me reiterate a few things
1. KBauthority made the mistakes on the orders both times not Americh (I confirmed via americh KB Authority called them and placed the wrong order
2. they are not doing anything to fix their customer service issues as evidenced by the over 30 reviews on this site and BBB.com outlining the same problems for years (showing no sign of change)
3. they are not sorry to hear of my bad experience
4. the only thing they could do to make it right is refund me for the lost time on my project time is $$$$ but they wont
lastly I read some other reviews and I think the experience is best summed up as "God help you if you have a return"

Extremely Disappointed – Broken Product and Zero Accountability
I ordered an LED mirror medicine cabinet, and it arrived with a broken door. That was over two months ago. Since then, I’ve been stuck in an exhausting and completely unprofessional loop trying to get a replacement. I was initially told the replacement would ship within 4–6 weeks, but that timeframe has long passed.
Each time I call, I’m told the part is “shipping soon” or that they’re “waiting to hear back from the factory.” I’ve been promised multiple call-backs that never come. It’s become clear that they are either unwilling or unable to resolve the issue. The lack of transparency and accountability is shocking.
At this point, I deeply regret not purchasing the cabinet through Home Depot or another reputable retailer. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution others against buying from this company. I no longer trust them, and I just want this issue resolved once and for all.
Horrible experience:
Ordered mirror, promised shipment in 3-5 days.
After 11 days, no communications, no shipment.
Went to website, still indicates product is in stock, will ship in 3-5 days.
Emailed for status update - was provided a new delivery date in 3 months
Called and blame on everything being incorrect was put on manufacturer - K&BA took no responsibility for everything being incorrect, no communications.
Called first person - I asked questions and Benjy hung up on me.
Called 2nd person - I asked questions, she apologized for everything being wrong and no commuications.
Don't trust this place.

This is a total and complete lie. No one reached out with an update. I had to reach out to you after the promised delivery date was missed. Your call center indicated that they thought they had sent an update, but confirmed that they did NOT.
No discount was ever offered. Another lie. And after a horrible experience, I wouldn't have accepted a "discount" to make up for not treating me as a valued customer.

Your site was the ONLY one that we could find that had incorrect information listed. Every other site was clear about lack of inventory, and lack of availability. Yours was the only one that continued to show that inventory and shipment was available even after I reached out and you told me I needed to cancel.
