After trawling through loads of websites to find a suitable trampoline for my 3 year old, I came across this company.
When I called their Sales line, the lady gave game some great advice and helped me choose the right one for my little girl. They were very friendly and helpful and the item was very reasonably priced and arrived the next day.
I now have a very happy, bouncing toddler!!
Would deffo use them again in the future

I ordered an item, when I ordered the website stated 2 left in stock. Money was deducted from my account immediately, after 1 week I called and was told it will be delivered within a week. After a week nothing, I emailed twice and received no reply. I rang up again and was told they would expect the item in for another 8 days! Their website at the time stated they had 5 in stock!! I cancelled the order and demanded a refund which they complied with immediately. The refund was the most efficient part of this process...sadly my son didn't have his birthday present on his birthday because of them. Will never use them again.

I ordered a couple of items from kidsplaystore.com, one was a groupon deal and the other a secret diary. After I ordered I recieved a message to confirm my order and to say my order will be with me in 2 weeks. After the two weeks had passed I emailed them asking where my order was and were the items in stock, the reply was yes the items were in stock and I would get it in 7 days. Again I didn't recieve my order so I then phoned them and was told I would definatly get my order within another 7 days, I also have emails stating this. But suprise suprise the order didn't arrive so after further phone calls made by myself I finally found out that the secret diary wasn't available and should never been advertised on their site as been in stock. I told them I was very disappointed as I had waited 5 weeks to find this out and no one thought to contact me or tell me this when I was phoning them. I was reassured I would get my other item in 7 days but it didn't arrive and I had to phone them once again I also asked for a manager to call but as yet no one can be bothered from kidsplaystore,com. I finally recieved my item today only had to wait 7 weeks make several phone calls and emails to them to get it. Rant over!!!!!

I was looking for a Little Tikes slide for my son, I like this brand because they are very good quality. After scouring the internet I found that Kids Play Store had the best price for the product and also they offer FREE next day delivery!!! Absolutely brilliant because some companies are charging £10 or more for delivery! I ordered at midday and the product arrived at my house as promised the very next day!! Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend.
