Clothes were super high quality and shipping was very fast!

I bought a pair of jeans on from them since May 2026.
Size was not truthful, I checked carefully before purchasing but it seems the size guide on their website and products are just decorative, for the sake of just putting size guide on website.

I wanted to replace for a more suitable size, they immediately suggest to purchase new pair of jeans with "factory price" ($25 less than retail price) otherwise replacing option means I would have to pay for all the tariff+shipping+additional costs myself - I didn't really believe it was "factory price" but nothing I could do.

So in the end I paid around $180 for 2 pairs of cheap Chinese jeans, waiting for a $25 refund from them, this deal was already a ripoff and $25 did not make big differences, but the way they handled customer services and kept lying to my face was frustrating, so I want to warn other buyers to stay away from this chinese online store.

Here's the chain of email exchanges that they were lying about the "refund" process or the imaginary "finance department": (last emailed received from the was on Jun 26th, today is July 3rd and I still receive money back).

Dont buy shoes from this site. I bought some boots after wich, i wanted to return them because i got the wrong size, i emailed this company like it said to do ,when i got a reply that "shoes cant be returned" nowhere on their site does it say this. It does not say so in their refund policy, wich even states that a item can be returned for any reason and the live assistant also states that shoes CAN be returned. The reply i got from the company at first was a screenshot of the supposed policy that shoes cant be refunded. That screenshot is nowhere on their site and the live assistant digs through their own site for information, thus the reaction that it gave furthers the statement that this company straight up lied about it. After they told me i cant get a refund i tried to reply to them wich was cut short by the emails not sending, wich means they probably blocked me immediatly after just asking for a refund.
This is not a way to treat customers or a good way to do business at all.

Very good structured Website. Quality to Price is very good. The messurements for size are fitting too. Takes some weeks to arrive but its worth it. I really Like the collection they have.

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed. I bought the “Distressed Lace-Up Washed Denim Shorts New” and the product does not match the photos and the sizing.

The waist was an inch smaller and the length is 4 inches longer than the size chart. The original was a little tight at the waist so I soaked them in water and stretched it some and was able to get them on. Still the length is something I couldn’t alter so it really sucks to see a third of a foot of extra fabric on the end. Subsequently, the shorts fit really awkwardly.

All of that prior stuff aside I am most disappointed in the photos they advertise on their website. The first three images are of a completely different pair of shorts. They have golden metal pieces, rips in different places, and are washed and even sewed differently.

The last few photos of someone else wearing a different pair of shorts are a more realistic look at what you are purchasing.

Delivery took 2 weeks and I paid for worry-free shipping. I’m not upset about shipping time personally although it is definitely something to be aware of and to be improved.

Overall, I would not purchase from them again and I’m extremely sad to have spent the amount of money I did on the product I received.

Also forgot to mention the button hole came closed and I had to cut the hole open with fabric scissors. So the shorts came unwearable.

streetwear cargo denim pants in blue look gnarly and have so many pockets - convenient for clubbing and looks so so good. the pants are hella comfy and come with a belt and chains. theyre also easy to customise and go with everything

i reckon same goes for a lot of the other pants. these ones are real baggy and i got a small size - could see the sole of my shoe underneath the flare of the pants. so gnarly.

order was easy to track too. ordering more stuff from here when the financial damage recovers.

order came in a week from placement and i live in australia. hope that helps someone

Took over a month to arrive and the hat looks very different from the photos. Cheap metal, cheap material and overral cheap look. sharp edges, not smooth like in the photos aswell as being a different design and not true to the photos. Very disappointing as this was meant to be a birthday present. I would attach photos to compare the product but there is no option. Wouldn't recommend buying the hat with metal flame/y2k style design on the cap.

Absolutely terrible experience! The clothes are of extremely poor quality. And if you want to return them it will cost you more than you will possibly expect back. Not only this but they want to charge you the import tax on the way back to china. Yes! The clothes come from china! If you use the photos of clothes for google search by pictures you will find out that they drop ship from different other online shops! Stay away from this website

The jacket that I purchased was highquality, and when I had difficulty tracking my package (I ordered it to my mom's house) they helped me find it by tracking it they also respond very quick if you have a question . I recommend you shop at the KIIKIO SHOP.
