Customer service is shocking, no help whatsoever!! 4 emails sent, only response back was requesting proof of purchase asking me to screenshot my bank statements, absolutely ridiculous!

As with most reviews, the main issue is with delivery. I like the products and used to buy in a shop in the city but it has moved and since COVID I don't tend to go into the city as often. I have ordered on line before and I know they take a few days but I ordered make-up for my granddaughter at the beginning of December. Even with the additional working days it should have arrived before Christmas but it hasn't. Very disappointed and customer service just remind me of the extra up to 10 working days! I can get things from China quicker. Unfortunately I will be buying from other, more reliable make-up houses from now on.

I rang kiko store in London. They told me that all orders come direct from Italy if you order online and there's nothing they can do.
Poor slow response when emailing and only get an automated response back .
Doubt they will arrive in time for Christmas if not at all looking at other reviews on here.

How long does it take to ship an order. If you ask KIKO, whenever they feel like it. The service is shocking.
It’s very unlikely that I’ll get my order in time for Christmas despite ordering over 2 weeks in advance.
Lesson to self - never use their online service again. If you can’t find a local branch to shop in, choose another brand.

Products are good but delivery takes weeks. I ordered on 5th December and still waiting. Customer service is very poor they just told me to be patient 🤷🏻♀️ I want these items for Xmas and 3 weeks should be long enough to receive the goods

Really really bad. I should have read before the reviews. Waited 20 days for the parcel to be delivered. No answer from customer service, no email conf was sent. The parcel is marked as delivered now but not to me. It is advised on the website that it is a tracking signed delivery, but no clue on where my package is and no sign at all. Customer service doesn’t answer and there is no contact numb or email for them. I tried to use resolver and the company is not listed on them. Quite unsure how to get my money back. Happy to edit this review if Kiko helps me to get what I ordered.

I placed an order and received in a timely manner, however, I realized I did not need the products. I sent them back (unopened) on June 30, 2023 and the UPS tracking shows they got it on July 7th. There have been 10 emails I have sent requesting my refund and they reply days later with generic responses. They are literally stealing from customers, I do not understand how they contijnue to do this and get away with it. I have filed a report with the better business bureau and will be contacting my bank and letting them know that this was a fradulent transaction. This company is a nightmare, stay away!

Worst customer service ever! Products are different than the website description and when you need to exchange it they ask you to send it to another country!! From france to italy and the fees are on me!!! And nothing assures me thay I will be refunded at the end knowing the level of the customer service!!!

Beware Kiko uses talc in their products. Talc is an ingredient closely linked to asbestos (which as we all know causes cancer).
I have written to Kiko and they informed me they are within the EU directives and would not replace my products because I’m past the 30 days return and because some are opened. I for one will not be using their products. I prefer to go without makeup than apply a known carcinogenic ingredient to my skin.

I've read negative comments about service, mainly online, and I can't comment on that because I buy from a Kiko store and the quality of the cosmetics is excellent. I used to buy high-end luxury brands from Sephora, but now I'm getting equally fine products from Kiko. I'm very happy with the eyeliners, eyeshadows, lipsticks and blush (the creamy stick blush is fabulous,) and all so affordable. And the service I've had in the two stores I've visited has been professional and very good.
