Delivered on a Sunday just inside two weeks after ordering, which is pretty good considering the lead-in times we've experienced from several other furniture companies, especially a well-known one that took 10 weeks to deliver some oak furniture from its 'land'..
Furniture looks good quality and solid, although proof of the pudding will be in 5 years' time!
Delivery guys Nick and Max were friendly and polite, offered aftercare advice, and phoned ahead to let us know when they'd be here. Top marks.

Great garden furniture
Kingsley Smythe have been great to deal with. Janna, in Customer Service was very helpful and friendly, prior to putting in our order.
We were then pleasantly surprised by a quicker delivery time.
The guys who did our delivery, Nick and Symon were brilliant. They were extremely efficient at installing our furniture in the pouring rain. Nick then gave us a very helpful rundown of aftercare and maintenance.
Nick also quickly sorted out a very minor issue.
Overall the company has been great to deal with. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Nick and Symon are great travelling ambassadors for the brand

Good furniture at a competitive price, supplied quickly and conveniently. The website provided, what proved to be a very accurate description and pictures of the products. Comms between them and us were prompt and timely. But, the real reason they score 5 stars was the delivery experience. Nick and Symon provided a brilliant delivery experience, with excellent updates on delivery time, advice on assembly, and detailed instructions on aftercare and getting the best out of our teak furniture. The rep at the show was helpful and…
The rep at the show was helpful and friendly answered any questions and explained everything well. We were kept informed by email about when the furniture would be delivered and we only had to wait a week which was great. The delivery team Nick and Symon arrived at the time they said they would. They were both really friendly and happily assembled the furniture and then explained in detail how to care for the furniture. They cleared the packaging and took it away. All in all it was a great experience from purchasing the product to seeing it in our garden. Special thanks to Nick and Symon as they weee so helpful and friendly they truly do care about customer service

purchased a table and chair set from…
purchased a table and chair set from garden show , very helpful sale person , after the furniture was delivered we notice slight damage to one of the sections of teak,sent one email and the immediate action started to sort the problem
two first class guys came to repair the table but felt the repair could not be done to their high standards so they got a new table off the van , assembled it and swapped them over
thank you Dawid and Max you are a credit to the company
