I used Kingston Blinds for replacement slats and they are perfect- you couldn't tell the difference. I even made a mistake and put in the wrong measurements. iI sent an email with the correct measurements and Colin dealt with it in no time. Best customer experience.

wow, so i ordered a blind called love hearts, the only one on their whole website with love hearts, white back ground with pink hearts, what turned up today, is hideous , not what i ordered!!! green yellow brown blue pink hearts, and whats really strange, this blind isn't even featured in there store, so god knows how they manage to send the wrong one, called them up was told too send a photo, which i did and heard nothing back as yet.

Ordered my second and third blind from Kingston Blinds at 12:04 Thursday, arrived 12:37 yesterday, fitted later in the afternoon. Great service and fantastic quality blinds. Thank you

Over the moon with my new 3 sets of vertical blinds. Great fit and great quality. Delivered ready to hang. Smooth transaction and kept in contact with progress through to delivery. We waited in for a representative called Colin to come between 10am and 11am. It got to 11.30 and we hadn’t heard anything so phoned the company to be told that they were busy so wouldn’t make it!! Would we like to rearrange an appointment. I don’t think so! Very disappointed seeing as this company was recommended to us by a good friend. The person on the phone wasn’t particularly apologetic and clearly wasn’t bothered about getting our business. Completely opposite to the wonderful representative from Hillary’s who quoted us for the blinds earlier in the week.

We ordered our blind via Ebay. BIG mistake, we put the order through in May. In June we managed to get through to Kingston Blinds to enquire where our order was. Only to be told that Ebay has not taken the payment. Obviously confused we checked and this was correct. This left us very puzzled as we did input the payment correctly. When talking to Kingston Blinds (older gentleman) he said he would check their end but never got back to us. When we phoned them for the second time he said they had our order in but weren't going to despatch the order until they had received payment.We made the payment with them direct and then was told it would take a further 2 weeks as they had to now put the order in. I explained they had told me the ordered blind was sat there, which they denied ever saying. We didn't get what we ordered until July. No apologies, compensation or offer of a discount on our next order...nothing! Their customer service is appalling however the blind was quality. A bit over priced. Would I use this company again? Probably not!

Couldn't have asked for a better service. Simple ordering process, arrived quickly. Had my replacement slats up in my patio window within 5 minutes of delivery as arrived rolled and ready to hang. Definitely going to use them to replace all the other window slats. Oh and did I mention a great price as well.

Absolutely amazing customer services and excellent product. I orderes my blind for the living room and it looks absolutely stunning. Easy installation and the dimensions is exactly as I asked for. Great company and great product faultless.

I ordered the classic wood true white venetian blinds, nearly £150 cheaper than any other blind company. I was a little dubious, my partner ordered before Christmas so there has been a little delay receiving them. I didn't check the blinds before handing them over to our carpenter who was installing the blinds in our new home (all 12 of them) a few hours later I returned home pleasantly surprised what wonderful quality they are, made to measure perfectly for all the windows. Thank you very much, wonderful service, quality and overall happy customer who will recommend you to others.

I ordered replacement vertical slats. Really pleased with quality and they come complete with all the parts needed. Please note that these are MACHINE STITCHED not glued like cheaper versions. Thank you Kingston Blinds for a quality service.
