I ordered 2 wide roller blinds. Price was good, the blinds were cut to just the right size. However, the fixture were not strong enough. A piece of plastic broke off from the end when I pulled the chain the first time, the chain was connected by a plastic piece, which detached every time I pull the chain. Both problems were probably related to the fact my blinds are very wider and heavier than usual.
I email the customer service with a picture attached, asking if they can help, no answer. Tried to call about 5 times, no one picked up the phone. I gave up and ordered new kits/metal connectors from else where, now the blinds work fine.

I have previously ordered vertical blinds many times from many different companies including some of the well known names that provide fitting. This has been the best experience by far. The three pvc blinds we bought look great and the quality is excellent. Customer service was far better and a lot more polite than I am used to. I wish I had discovered Kingston Blinds years ago. I won’t be using anyone else again.

Absolutely over the moon with my blinds. Delivered in a few days, beautifuly packaged , perfect to hang straight up and a fraction of the price from some of the sites I have visited. I would give them a million A stars !!! Thank you from one buzzing customer!

Good fast service. Ordered a couple of samples first then ordered my two sets of vertical blinds and a week later they have arrived and are up in my lounge and look beautiful.

After having read the reviews on here, I was confident that I would get great service. Unfortunately this was not the case. I am not happy at all with this company. I ordered and paid for 4 made to measure roller blinds and after 19 days waiting for delivery I rang them today to find out what was happening. I was told that they would find out what the hold-up was and get back to me. I had to ring again after a couple of hours of waiting for the call. I was finally told that the material was not in stock but they were expecting delivery in the next couple of days. Disgusting service for them not to have informed me of this at the point of order. To be honest I think they had mislaid my order or forgot about it and that's why I had no contact from them. I've now cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I was told it would be refunded tomorrow. I have no trust in them whatsoever so I'm now anxiously awaiting my refund.

Amazing quality of product, communications, cost and delivery. Seems like a well run family business. I will certainly shop here again.

Not having a clue where to start or where to buy my blinds from, I spent a while bumping through the net looking at prices along with feedback from other punters, taking into account both of these factors I decided to purchase blinds and rails for eleven windows from KB.

Fret not, this company is superb, all phone calls to them answered in a quick and polite manner, and on a few occasions they phoned me back to advise and answer my questions with me having supplied them with a picture of a bay window.

As promised the order arrived within the advertised time and was well packaged, however, a bracket and a wand were missing- these arrived a day later via courier.

I cant recommend this company enough. Going by my experience with them, they are very friendly, not pushy, informative, honest and very importantly this was a stress free experience.

Received the slats I ordered today and couldn’t be happier with my order.
Everything was perfect all I had to do was hang them up,everything was included in the slats ie chains,bottom weights and hangers.
Absolutely spot on and had I known you could get replacement slats this cheap I would have changed them ages ago.

Quality of my new vertical blind slats are excellent.
When I discovered that the hangers, weights and chains had already been fitted I was very impressed. It made it so much easier to fit my new slats.
I would use Kingston Blinds again and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Having read some of the brilliant five star reviews, I was confident in ordering replacement vertical blind slats without a sample. I appreciate colours are not truly represented on screen but I expected a shade or two difference not a colour from another spectrum of the colour chart. Firstly the colour, if I had wanted Bright Orange blinds I would have ordered Bright Orange and definitely not Harewood, please companies call a colour as it is,not by a fancy name. Secondly, I expect Blackout to mean Blackout, these blinds would not stop light from a candle. Totally useless and now out of pocket as they will be going in the bin. I shall not be using this company again.
