So I recently bought a football shirt…
So I recently bought a football shirt and thought the price was reasonable, however I was charged more than £10.00 more, I used klarna so I didn't notice it until the next day.
I have since wrote around 5 emails to customer services and I have never received a reply.
I also went to wear it for the first time yday as the England game was on but it was not the size I ordered, I ordered a medium but the short was definitely not a medium.
So today I went onto the website to find out how to return it, the site asks for your order number and email or postcode or telephone number.
Of course the site said my order number wasn't correct even though it is on my order confirmation email.
So now I have no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the charge which of course is a pain in the backside.
Without doubt I would never reorder from / use this site again.
Oh and the contact number for the company gives you a voice message saying "the contact centre has closed down"

I got the 1982 retro England top. Wore it for the 1st game and we smashed Croatia. Lucky top and it could be the final piece in the world cup jigsaw.
It's coming home as long as the retro shirt is on.

Fast shipping, good price. Exactly what i wanted. The only niggle I would have is that on the site it said the top was a cotton/poly blend. But it was actually 100% Polyester which can get a bit hot in the summer. Apart from that, all good.
