I HAVE EMAILED THEM REPEATEDLY AND OF COURSE YOU GET AN AI THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE BUT THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR MONEY AND DON'T ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT SO THAT YOU CAN GET A CASH APP
I'm soooool happy to see the horrible reviews on this fraudulent site....4 different times different issues requested help every time same thing a agent will return request within a few days NOT once have they. today they text me saying I have points I can use for advance which I did the whole get advance ERROR HAS ACCORD returned to home page ALL 1800 POINTS GONE!!! reach out to CS...wanna take a guess what happens next...yes yes a agent will reach out to you within a few days!!! BS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
There is not a number to call to speak to a live person. I sent a message 3 days in advance then have to wait for an email. It is only a chat box, no one actually really talks to you.
They have me locked out of my account for probably over a year and keep charging my account. I emailed them asking them to stop. I also canceled the card they had on file and the reverse direct deposited me once. Another time they changed it to klover plus to enable it to go through. I had to dispute it multiple times because they got it through I don't know how many times. It has to be illegal for them to keep charging my account and changing thier name ,reverse direct deposit me because I canceled the card they had to stop the issue. That was obviously a waste of time. Don't use this app ever. They won't allow you to cancel your membership even if you email them if your locked out of your account. Id like to press charges on them but don't know how. That is theft by deception most definitely and if they are doing it to me they are to many others. I am keeping this review up permanently to warn other people.
If you use you have to hope you never have any issues. The customer support system is awful.
