Non existent service from the Installer. Palazzetti only interested in sales via their dealers. Never ever will I buy a product made by Palazzetti. They are a disgrace!!

Waiting four weeks for a new smoke fan for my pallet fireplace that's 2 weeks old. Then after following up I find out that they never shipped it and will do so in 4 weeks time after the summer holiday's. Two months to ship a fan that will get to me in the beginning of spring.

I cannot find anyone in mid Scotland to service my stove

It is concerning Palazzetti.
Pastorelli is the only supplier of Palazzetti on Elba. We bought an outdoor kitchen from Cesare, worth around € 15,000. Unfortunately, the pizza oven already had a spring after three months, the barbecue a month later. We complained about the goods and now the circus really started. Pastorelli is of the opinion that everything was assembled incorrectly. However, the company that did the assembly doesn't really work with us any more, so Cesare!!
. That should now be our bad luck. How so?? Where is the guarantee and the service. Our outdoor kitchen is just 9 months old !!!
The drama continues: Palazzetti sent replacement material to Pastorelli .... we should now reassemble it at our expense. Service?? Guarantee??? ARE THOSE strange WORDS?!?

Pastorelli è l'unico fornitore di Palazzetti all'Elba. Abbiamo acquistato da Cesare una cucina da esterno del valore di circa 15.000 euro. Purtroppo il forno per la pizza aveva già la primavera dopo tre mesi, il barbecue un mese dopo. Ci siamo lamentati della merce e ora il circo è davvero iniziato. Pastorelli è del parere che tutto sia stato assemblato in modo errato. Tuttavia, la società che ha eseguito l'assemblaggio non lavora più con loro!!
. Ora dovrebbe essere la nostra sfortuna. Come mai?? Dov'è la garanzia e il servizio. La nostra cucina all'aperto ha solo 9 mesi !!!
Il dramma continua: Palazzetti ha inviato a Pastorelli materiale sostitutivo .... ora dovremmo rimontarlo a nostre spese. Servizio?? Garanzia??? QUESTE PAROLE SONO STRANIERE?!?

I recently bought a slimline pellet stove from Palazetti (model Michelle, 8kW). Ash builds up very quickly in the bottom of the door, which falls out on opening... not very convenient but I guess one pays the price for the slim and elegant design. Palazetti 'customer care' is a joke, however: I bought a battery/inverter so I can use the stove during a power cut, but the power information is completely false. I have told Palazetti and they have done nothing. They also claim bizarrely that they have deleted the clock synchronisation when using it with their CBox (to make it internet connected) because 'some countries do not observe summer time' ??
