Unfortunately, the product I purchased from Knives and Tools was either lost or stolen during transit. I understand that this is the couriers fault. However, I have received no replies to my emails from this company explaining how we move forward and resolve this issue. I received one phone call back saying I would receive another call the following day; never happened. I have used this company on several occasions in the past, but give the near total lack of customer care I will never be using again. Follow up 10 Nov: eventually contacted and a full refund promise. Always very polite in their messages however, their flash to bang needs to be worked on!

It sucks to leave a poor review because my other experience with them was good but this time it's been terrible. I placed two separate orders of fives knives and one of the knives in each order arrived in poor condition and damaged. One of which has a large crack throughout the buffalo horn. I've tried contacted them to organise returns and replacements but nobody is answering me. I can't get an answer on the phone and I've opened two tickets across two different accounts with zero response. I just want to get an exchange organised before the items are out of stock as I know there are only one or two of each of the knives left. Very poor service.

Very disappointed in my latest purchases and I really didn’t want to leave this review but over a week has passed with no updates or any help either with the cold steel vg1 master hunter I bought 2 of them and both arrived with a loose handle rather gutted the company asked for details on it so I sent a video of me shaking the knife and you can hear the rattle clear as day I would of been happy with a discount code but as I say not even a reply back from the evidence I supplied and I shouldn’t have to chase them around for a reply very disappointing and highly dissatisfying I don’t think I’ll order anything else
