Had a few minor issues with delivery to a Lithuanian address. I had to call DHS to arrange a drop off in a box as their system didn't recognise my address. But apart from that flawless service.

15 Months, Zero Knife: Extreme Delay and No Communication

I placed my order with Knivesandtools on May 22, 2024. The original estimated delivery date was later changed to March 18, 2025. Today, October 14, 2025, marks seven months past that revised delivery date and nearly fifteen months after the initial order was placed. I have still not received the item. Most concerning is the complete lack of communication: I have not received a single update, including any 'sorry your order is delayed' email, throughout this entire period.

Wrong knife

Ordered a knife from knivesandtools (not the first time and hopefully not the last).

Sadly they sent the wrong model (fair enough, mistakes happen). the box had already been opened, so clearly a return sent out to me by mistake.

I contacted knives and tools customer service, and was asked to return it using dhl, and wait for the normal return process (up to 12 days) before they would send a new one.

Dhl is far from my home, so i questioned the fairness of me having to drive far by buss to return a knife when it is their mistake.

i have not heard anything for 6 days now, even after sending more emails to get some clarification and suggest using gls instead so it is not costing me a tonne of time and money to make up for their mistake.

Normally i have only had good experience with knives and tools, so it is only out of desperation for some answers i take it here.

Hopefully this is a one time problem, and not a sign of knives and tools loosing their awesome service level.

I had great customer service from K&T

I had great customer service from K&T. They expedited my shipment when it had been stalling for a while, and had a no-thrills return process when my water filter broke after only one use.

Shocking Service.

You failed to deliver my knife to me then failed to answer my requests for information regarding its whereabouts. You eventually found the knife in a UPS shop in the next town and insisted I pick it up from them even though you had been paid to deliver to my address. I finally lost patience and demanded a refund from PayPal which I duly got. I finally bought the knife from Hennie Haynes who delivered it to my door in less than 24 hrs - they made you look like a bunch of clowns!
