Is there a minus star. I ordered items from knowfashion style in July 2024 that I have not yet received. Several email enquiries to which they respond that the items were delivered. Subsequent to my third query a phone number was provided for me to call. I called the number only to be told by the person that answered that they only deal with TEMU orders. My shipper investigated the whereabouts of the order and found that it was delivered to an incorrect address. This information was sent to knowfashionstyle. Their agent Emma promptly responded that the order was delivered. How can an order be delivered to an incorrect address and the company does not take responsibility for this error. Knowfashionstyle is a SCAM; stay away from this site. They have collected my USD119.40 and not sent the items ordered.
