Outstanding Product & customer service
Not only the tree is perfect - I bought a half tree - also the customer service is very good! I bought my tree last year and this year the LED lights were no longer working… I’ve contacted the customer service and after some advice to test the system they proposed to send me a new adaptator along with the LED connection. I’ve received everything in 4 days with 2 nice bags. Now it’s all working again and we can enjoy our Christmas tree !

Shipping delay of 3 months
I ordered and paid for a tree in mid September to be well prepared for December. Soon after I got an email that this model hadn't actually arrived to the storage and that they would let me know when it will. There was no indication on the site that this model wasn't in stock, only instructions not to order trees before Sep. Later I got a date in October that got postponed again to November. At this point I started to feel like I was being scammed. I was aware of the global shipping crisis that was clearly affecting this company, so I was willing to be patient. However, this shouldn't be on the customer and an option for refund should be offered when it turns out that they actually don't have the products. After November I was done waiting and requested my money back. Turned out that the model I ordered was in the last container they got and they send the tree right away. I didn't believe it before it arrived to my door.
The fact that I eventually got the tree, the product itself was what I expected and the customer service answered my messaged (though briefly and with poor grammar) raised my one-star-review. Overall this was a very poor and stressful customer experience.

Once again as communicated about the e-mail, your order had already been processed and sent from our warehouse with DPD.
However, DPD has to deal with a backlog / huge delay in the delivery of all orders. DPD does not indicate this itself, and the track and trace information is not current at the moment. We find this very frustrating for our customers who have placed an order.

Really bad customer service
We needed garlands for windows for a large building, so I wrote to ask if the garlands can be connected by cords without wreaths, so garlands around windows on different floors can be connected.
I received a one line answer: "All information is on homepage. We cannot help you further."
BUT the info on all versions of the homepage is for another product (a Christmas tree). There is NO info on the homepage - that´s why I wrote.
Will have to buy somewhere else.
EDIT: I got the EXACT same answer to this post. They didn´t even bother checking that the product info on their homepage is for the wrong product. They just assume that we cannot read. And my question is still unanswered - the info is not on the homepage.

Very bad idea to buy the Royal Christas tree.
I bought the Royal Chrstmas tree, I have to say that I'm absolutely dissapoing with the thing that have arrived. No close at all with the tree that they have advertise. They advertise a big Christmas tree with lights in it and a motor that grows up the tree. It has arrive a broken tree without lights and just 12 inches of height.
So please, if anyone reeds this review take care and don't buy the Royal Christmas tree.
