Super bad after sales service, AVOID!!! Ordered a tree from them and they sent the wrong one (no problem can happen) but when trying to contact customer service is where the nightmare started. First of all they only answer the phone for an hour and half each day but when you call that number during the time stated on their website no one answers. After 2 days on emailing them finally got a reply sorry we'll fix it but no info at all about when and how. The biggest problem with them is they do not provide any info unless you ask (i.e. when the new tree will be shipped, when the wrong tree will be picked up, etc.) After multiple emails asking these questions which should of be in the first one we found out they will ONLY ship out the correct tree after the wrong tree have been pick up (which they don't know when) as a precaution (their words). So basically they made a mistake but they don't trust their customers at all. Off course no communication again after the wrong tree they sent was picked up about when the new tree will arrive (less than a week before xmas). All in all it took more than a week to get this fix. I understand they are depended on shipping company's but the lake of communication is the worst I've every seen.

This is exactly why I would not recommend purchasing from this company - no understanding of their customers, unwilling to engage constructively and no customer service experience whatsoever.

At 3-12-21 Darren received his Fairybell.
Darren has received what he has ordered, it is also clearly described with the article.

At 05-01-21 we received an e-mail, he wanted to order something he couldn't use like this, or return it.

We don't understand Darren what is the reason he wants to blame Royal Christmas.

We are busy with informing what Darren would like to buy or what can be ordered.
This has already cost us a lot of time, just to help Darren.

But apparently that's no longer necessary.
A company that sells houses, we did not expect anything like that.
Or is it customary in England to do this.

Royal Christmas delivers throughout Europe and beyond.
We do our utmost for the customers, but we and the customers have to stick to the rules. Rules are not made for nothing.
Everyone makes a mistake even Royal Christmas but it is the strength to admit it.

We ordered a tree last year and used the tree for 3 weeks. This year when I put up the Christmas tree two branches on the bottom of the tree did not light up and two branches on the middle of the tree were flashing. The tree looks absolutely ridiculous. I contacted customer service and they have offered nothing to replace, fix or refund us for this faulty tree. I would have never bought this tree if I knew it would only last 3 weeks and then be broken for the rest of the life of the tree. Absolutely stunned by the horrible customer service to rectify the purchase. Our tree was over 300 euros.

They did not send me the correct tree and I lost 40 euros !!!

One day after we bought a tree the price was lowered with 60 euro’s. No refund! Bad service. Aftersales fails! Don’t buy here!!
