The order was cancelled as it turned out the item was out of stock. To rub salt into the wound, a month later I get an email asking for a review. I love the brand, and its products, but was very disappointed when I didn’t get the item I’d bought online. I think stock control on the website, therefore, could be better to save customer disappointment.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered a small purse for a friend's daughter. I informed the company that the package was stolen and asked if they could provide me with a replacement. After some back and forth, one of the representatives asked if I could furnish photos or videos of the incident. I shared a video of a passerby stealing the package from the doorstep.
Instead of being met with care and support, I received a nasty response from Sebastian noting that they fulfilled my order, cannot help, and to report the incident to my local authorities. I asked if reporting the theft to the PD would yield a replacement? He replied - in other words - that this was asked and answered and that there is nothing more they can do to help me. My ticket was closed.
I have never been so insulted. Also, what business model doesn't account for lost or stolen items? Now, a young lady is without her gift and I'm out of $194. Clearly, Kurt Geiger could care less about the experience they provide to their customers since they continue to profit from their products.
I strongly recommend against patronizing Kurt Geiger.

I received my shoes today and I love them. I ordered on March 2 and did not receive any tracking on when they would arrive. I'm just glad they came.

I was bought a key/bag chain by a friend for a special birthday. The tiger fell off luckily I heard it so still have it. I contacted customer service to be told unless I have the receipt they are not interested. It is classic Kurt Geiger it could not have bought anywhere else. I am not with the person they are not in the UK anymore. The customer service is cold they don't care apart from offering a discount on the next purchase...why would I buy another item from them...appalling customer service...be aware!

I absolutely LOVE this brand for it's undeniable creativity, but the one thing I loathe about KG is that they're reluctant to spend money and pay for a decent call centre in the UK or at least a feature for UK staff to converse with it's customers (i.e. over live chat / messenger / emails), they, like many companies want to pay peanuts to people abroad to do the donkey work for them and it's having a knock on effect re their customer service. For as long as i've been a devoted fan of this brand (we're talking years), i've only ever known Kurt Geiger to use people in India to operate their Live chat feature and converse with customers over email. This is fine, if the staff in India actually know what they are doing! But it is highly frustrating that each time you reach out to someone via Live Chat or email, you get a person who doesn't really get the gist of your query and generally use automated untailored answers as their response. Maybe even AI...
I had a parcel go missing recently at point of delivery as the DPD driver thought it was adequate to leave my parcel on an estate in an unsafe, communal area where any other resident can easily access it. Instead of bringing the parcel to my door and taking a photo of it THERE, like what all other courier companies do, this person thought it best to just dump it anywhere on the estate, mark it as 'delivered' and all will be fine! Obviously, all was not fine and as a result of the driver's careless action, I do not have my parcel, someone else has obviously stolen it. I reached out to KG on live chat, got some person in India who fobbed me off by saying he'll get another team to investigate, then that same person contacts me later that day to say there's nothing the company can do as the driver deemed the point of delivery as suitable and so no fault was made. This guy had the cheek to say that I should have updated the DPD tracking to state exactly where the parcel should be dropped off! This is complete BS! It is up to the courier to bring the parcel to my front door (it doesn't take a brain surgeon to work this out - it is standard practice), not just leave it anywhere they wish on my estate. I've had several back and forth emails with this same person at KG (Ankit) and then more recently (Sumeet) who is I assume, a MANAGER, and between these two people, they have failed to see that the courier did the wrong thing and subsequently are refusing to proceed further with my missing parcel complaint! My guess is it's because they are not based in the UK, they're abroad and are clueless about how our addresses are laid out over here. They also seem to have zero knowledge of our consumer rights with regard to seller's responsibilities - particular to ensuring the customer receives their order and there is no question of doubt as to whether the customer got their order. In my case, the courier that KG used did not act in a way that demonstrates the order was delivered properly/ received by me (the customer) and so the onus is on the seller (Kurt Geiger) to rectify this problem.
If something is not done about this by tomorrow, I will be taking the matter further. Once I inform my bank (the institute that funded the payment) that I ordered something online and I have not received it because the courier did the wrong thing with the delivery and cannot demonstrate I have received the order, the bank will battle this out with KG on my behalf and in the end, they have to side with who has been wronged me - that of course is me, so the outcome will be in my favour.
Kurt Geiger - the styles you guys are creating are AMAZING, keep on doing a great job with this but PLEASE, source people to carry out good customer service that have substantial knowledge of how things work.
Let the customer service reflect the amount of money you charge customers for your items/the revenue you bring in each year!
Companies like H&M, for example sell for far less than you do but at least they have a UK customer helpline number and have staff that actually know their role/responsibilities and demonstrate this through their excellent customer service.
Please do better!

Was expecting online delivery from courier. Allocated slot 1530 to 1630. I was at home however a text arrived at 1430 to say parcel had been delivered. On investigation no delivery made. I mmediately contacted courier and Kurt Geiger. Courier says delivery was made. Their ' evidence" of delivery is a non branded box no label on it, sent from inside a van. I have had numerous emails back and forward and Kurt Geiger says there is no issue as courier delivered. Poor servive from a Kurt Geiger.
Thank you for this however this is typical of the replies that led me to post a poor review. I have attached 2 photos one from courier of alleged parcel. No name on the box which is not packaged in normal Kurt Geiger bag. Photo is in a van not my doorstep.
You Kurt Geiger chose to accept couriers version that these photos are the same place. My address is not even on the packaging. Can you explain how you accepted this evidence from courier? I would appreciate an actual reply and not another stabdard reply ignoring my questions. So far this is 10 plus communications written in order to get my goods or refund. Poor Service.

Will never ever shop here again. They refuse to answer your emails! They are ok to take your money and not provide the goods that their carrier left in a “safe” place. On a main road! Absolute joke I have been a very good customer of theirs for years and this is how they treat you!
