You get to choose a day and a venue (home or work) which is convenient for you and, on the day, you get notified of a two hour time slot when the tyre fitter will reach you. He even sends a text when he’s on his way from the previous job. It couldn’t be simpler. I thoroughly recommend it.

Great Service at short notice
Couldn't get the main dealer to see the car until next week so visited Kwikfit Morpeth for help to identify an unknown vibration under the car. They took it into the garage immediately, identified the problem and resolved it straight away. Great service by a friendly team.

The Technician turned up on time and…
The Technician turned up on time and phoned prior to arriving, I asked if he could tell me if my brakes were fine he said that was a part of what he does. He spoke to me before starting and after it was completed and was very pleasant.
The 4 Tyres were a very good price considering it was done outside my home and I didn't need to sit in a garage waiting.
Would recommend this and use this service again,

mobile tyre change
Whilst the tyre was changed successfully, initially the fitter didnt seem to know anything about the issue - despite me spending a long time discussing on the phone when booking - there needs to be a better link between the booking information and whats provided to the fitter - they didnt have the correct colour TPSM so I now have one silver and 3 black ones. again not a deal breaker but this should be managed better.

Brilliant on site customer service
Easy to book, Ideal for caravan tyres at home.
Great price. fantastic updates and the engineer was streets ahead on customer service.
I felt he really wanted to look after us and he most certainly did. Caravan tyres are most important and can be left when they shouldn't having an available first class mobile service available makes it easy to keep safe.

Released My Vehicle in an Unsafe Condition – Absolute Cowboys
Kwik Fit are nothing more than cowboys.
I recently had all four tyres replaced at one of their London branches, and they failed to fit the front tyres correctly before releasing my vehicle back to me. They allowed me to drive away in a car that was unsafe, and I unknowingly drove it for several weeks. I was incredibly lucky that this didn't end in a serious accident.
After noticing something wasn't right, I took the car to a Mercedes-Benz dealership for a full inspection. They confirmed that the front tyres had not been fitted correctly and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. This is basic work that any competent tyre fitter should be able to carry out. Releasing a vehicle in this condition is completely unacceptable.
This wasn't the first issue either. Kwik Fit also failed to carry out the wheel alignment, always claiming they didn't have a trained technician available. If you don't have qualified staff, don't sell the service. It's exactly this kind of cowboy operation that gives the motor trade a bad name.
The customer service was just as bad as the workmanship. When I called to report the issue, I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional staff. Instead of apologising or taking responsibility for putting my safety at risk, they immediately started asking me for proof and challenging everything I said. It felt like they were more interested in protecting themselves than resolving a dangerous mistake of their own making.
I've paid for a professional service and instead received cowboy workmanship, poor customer service, and a vehicle that should never have been allowed back on the road.
Avoid Kwik Fit at all costs. If this is the standard of workmanship they consider acceptable, I wouldn't trust these cowboys to change a bicycle tyre, let alone work on a car carrying my family.
Never again. Absolutely not recommended.
