Kwik Fit at Borehamwood are superb. It’s the second time I have had a tyre puncture problem in the last 18 months and returned today to meet the same front of house manager, George. His customer service is in a different league ‘ how can I help You today’ - absolutely no problem - yes we can sort that out for you, don’t worry about it’ These were comments George made to a variety of people who came in worried about their differing car issues. Not once was he grumpy and made everyone who came feel that they didn’t have a problem- George had the problem which he had now taken off them. I’m sure his fitters are equally good but his leadership style exudes care and respect. Hope I don’t have to return to kwik fit too regularly but hope to god he’s there if I do.

Booked my wife's car in for exhaust inspection at 10:30 at Worthing branch. When I turned up I was told I'd have to leave the car possibly all day as they had only one technician working that day. I cancelled and went elsewhere. This is my second similar experience with Worthing branch ( it took hours to replace four tyres on a previous occasion for a booked in appointment). There is clearly a staffing issue at Worthing, not enough people available to do the work. Why book the work in if you haven't got the staff to do it?
This simply inconveniences the customer , but Kwik Fit don't seem to care about this.I won't be using Qwik fit again , after reading feedback left by other people I can see that taking on work they can't complete seems to be a regular feature.

The level of customer service provided…
The level of customer service provided was extremely disappointing. The staff member came across as arrogant, unhelpful, and lacking any genuine interest in assisting. Lacked communication skills. Their attitude was not customer-focused and fell far below the standard of service expected. Poor service.

Disgraceful
Disgraceful. Portobello branch in edinburgh. Mum is 82 yrs old. Have a motobility car and appointment is going to take an hour plus to change a tyre. Even with the appointment. Cold and NO drinks machine. Nearest cafe is too far to walk with my mum. Their opposing company has free coffee while you wait in every one of their branches. Kwik fit too tight fisted to keep customers comfortable.

I was there 2 hours just to change…
I was there 2 hours just to change tyre, I phoned day before to make an appointment and a man named Alan told me no and to just bring it in, while I waited 3 people came in and got seen to before me because they had appointments. So I don’t know how they justify allowing someone to make an appointment but not others, I watched as they took 35 minutes to change 1 man’s tyre, need to change their name

At Your Convenience
The Kwik-Fit mobile service is brilliant. You get to choose a day and a venue (home or work) which is convenient for you and, on the day, you get notified of a two hour time slot when the tyre fitter will reach you. He even sends a text when he’s on his way from the previous job. It couldn’t be simpler. I thoroughly recommend it.

Great Service at short notice
Couldn't get the main dealer to see the car until next week so visited Kwikfit Morpeth for help to identify an unknown vibration under the car. They took it into the garage immediately, identified the problem and resolved it straight away. Great service by a friendly team.

Absolute superstars at KwikFit Nailsea
Absolute superstars at KwikFit Nailsea. Fitted my car in for a new tyre even though they were really busy. Friendly, helpful service and the communication is excellent, with text messages to tell you how the work is progressing. The Technician turned up on time and…
The Technician turned up on time and phoned prior to arriving, I asked if he could tell me if my brakes were fine he said that was a part of what he does. He spoke to me before starting and after it was completed and was very pleasant.
The 4 Tyres were a very good price considering it was done outside my home and I didn't need to sit in a garage waiting.
Would recommend this and use this service again,
