I bought a new Pigini accordion from Kytary. I went with them because they always emailed me back quickly. For a large purchase, I had a lot of questions.

Super slow delivery…im still waiting my order

Ordered a couple of items which were out of stock but the website said they'd be available in a few weeks. Having read the reviews here I thought I'd better email and check there weren't going to be any problems, but was assured the items would be posted the day after they were due in stock. Sent another email the day after they were due in stock, and was told the suppliers had said they wouldn't be available for over a year. Can't understand why Kytary couldn't have contacted the suppliers when I first inquired rather than leaving me waiting for the items for several weeks before bothering.

Edit: I don't seem to be able to respond to Kytary's reply with another post so I'll have to do so here instead.
I understand the situation with shortages, and I was aware of the terms and conditions when I ordered the items. What I can't understand - as I mentioned originally in my review and over email to Tomas - is why Kytary didn't contact the supplier when I originally inquired about the item straight after buying it. It could have been ascertained at that point that the items weren't going to be available, rather than leaving me waiting for several weeks at a time when other retailers were rapidly selling out of this item and prices were swiftly rising.

The best price by a large margin, and quick response to my questions. I will definitely use Kytary again!

Despite covid and brexit, my pedalboard arrived in the UK and it's exactly what I'd hoped. Good communications too. Recommended.

this seller didnt send my order.. something about brexit had something to do with it.

i have all ready given a report so do not need to fill in another foorm . i was really pleased with my purchase not so impressed with DPD delivery

I ordered and paid for a guitar and was told they no longer deal with UK. Very disappointed

1st-When I ordered the needles they didn’t explain they you would need to confirm payment. I didn’t know this so I didn’t receive it Xmas for my husband.
2- when you call it keeps saying they are busy try back later. ??? Never got to speak to anyone.

Fantastic online service, and being a mainland european supplier, Kytary were sure to include a UK power supply with my product.

I found the item I was after at a great price, and was generally very impressed by the range on offer.
Ordering worked a slightly odd way round - it was accepted by email before payment, which was then requested via an invoice. Then I got a slightly oddly worded despatch notification, but tracking info on the courier's site didn't show them as having accepted the item for a couple of days after that.
I decided not to panic, mainly because the originally expected delivery date still gave plenty of time for delivery before Christmas, and it all sorted itself out with the order turning up bang in the middle of the estimated dates.

Very unfortunate to have my goods cancelled due To unforseen circumstances, but a very professional service money was refunded without any problems many thanks

Delivered in a timely manner, great product at a great price.

I would have given 5 stars but sadly the port closures into and out of UK put pay to me actually getting my order.
All was explained very quickly though and it was completely out of their hands. I would happily shop again, just waiting to see what happens with Brexit etc.......

I was really dubious about using this website. Especially as I placed the order but had to pay seperately on GoPay. I read some reviews & decided to go with it as I was paying on my credit card. Everything went smoothly, constant updates & it arrived in 3 days which I was shocked with Christmas & Covid. Well packaged. Would use again.
Only scored a 4 due to the strange paying process.

So we bought a digital grand piano. At first I’ll admit I was sceptical about ordering from a retailer based outside the U.K. But some of the U.K. based sellers couldn’t guarantee Christmas delivery and the price at Kytary was really competitive. So we went for it. We are so delighted with how it went. Communication was great, delivery arrived about a week later and bang on when it was supposed to be. The delivery driver was also fantastic in helping us get it through the door as it was a massive box. I cannot overstate how pleased we are with the product as well. Wow, what a fantastic instrument. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Kytary in the future. Top marks 👍🏻
