Lovely products great customer service
Lovely bar stools ordered and really great quality. Would have been 5 stars but screws provided were too short to attach the seat to legs. No instructions provided on putting the bar stool together and the only instructions available on the website are for gas life stools.
However, can’t fault the customer service who refunded next day delivery due to delay in shipment, and have previously had to send another order back which was hassle free.
Very likely to order again.

Carefully check your delivery
Bought 3 Aspen bar stools, which were easy to put together and are comfortable to sit on. Unfortunately 2 or the 3 bases were had marks and scratches on. These were replaced quickly and with no need to return the old bases.
Communication was by email, food Customer services and a quick response.

I have not heard anything from them
I have finally had an email to say tbe,products are on their way. It would have helped an employee manning the phones and email to say what was going on. I appreciate that the weather is bad.

It was nice and easy to find the chair…
It was nice and easy to find the chair we wanted for our sons room. Once we found it, it was easy to set up an account, enter our billing and delivery details. The communication for the order was good and so was the communication about the delivery. The delivery company also did a good job, it was well packaged, on time and left in a safe place for me.

Delivery problems but good service
My delivery was later than advised and parts were missing. When the replacement seat arrived it was the wrong style and had to be replaced again. The customer service was very helpful throughout but the warehouse seems to be not working well. Despite all the problems I would use Lakeland again, I like their products.

First chair arrived damaged in a box…
First chair arrived damaged in a box that looked like it had already been ripped open and it had no fixings. Customer service was good to get a replacement chair in 2 days but this also didn’t have any fixings. In the end I got some bolts from screw fix.

This should really be a 1 star review but the customer service absolutely excelled so it would be unfair to do anything but sing their praises.
The desk chair I ordered arrived with no problems and I set about assembling the metal base to the leather chair. After struggling for an hour, it was obvious that the screws supplied were far too short.
The next day I fired off an email and within 48 hours, I received a set of longer screws. I once more set about assembling the chair only to find that the thread had stripped in one of the holes and the 4th and final screw would not locate.
I once more sent an email, half thinking that the chair was at least stable even with only three screws. However, within 48 hours another chair top arrived and finally I was able to properly assemble the chair.
So yes it would have been great if it had all come together at the first attempt but I cannot fault the effort they put into finally getting it right. Hats off to Lakeland, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Never used Lakeland, but will defiantly be purchasing more items. Excellent service. The order came late, my next day delivery charge was refunded. Stools were faulty, very straight forward exchange process thanks to a very helpful lady called Lisa.
