1st time customer
I had never heard of LambdaTek before, I purchased a 2242 256GB m.2 SSD *refurbished*
I ordered on the Friday before the bank holiday weekend for the Kings coronation, I wasn't expecting delivery till certainly some point after the bank holiday.
The drive arrived the next day on the Saturday, barely 24hrs after ordering and was super well packaged, certainly no danger of it being damaged in transit!
I was interested to see what health the drive would be in as it was listed as refurbished. Crystaldiskinfo reports the drive as 100% health with Power On Hours as 3, so basically as good as brand new!
I couldn't be happier with the price, quality and delivery speed.

I placed an order for an ASUS modem router
I did not know this site so I was quite skeptical until I read the good reviews and even then I wasn't confident. Anyhow, I placed an order for an ASUS modem router which was well priced and in stock, with delivery to Greece. I received the item at my door via UPS within 10 days from the date of placing the order. It was packaged carefully to avoid damage during transport which was nice to see. No complaints, I would definitely order again.

Dont expect to recieve on time very slow, site is inaccurate as stock levels are not true, once I ordered 2 items in stock, they took 3 weeks and 6 weeks to arrive.
Ordered 28/01 - 1st part arrived mid feb and 2nd part 10/03 this was items showing as in stock on the site and also took phonecalls and emails to get the items. deal with this company at you own risk I will not again.

The correct goods arrived quickly and well packaged with a returns label which I hope I won't need.
I like the website. I find it very intuitive and there are
helpful tooltips throughout.
Chatbot is probably a real person who knows their stuff.
They use a decent courier company (DHL) whose delivery man bothered to wait for me to reach my front door.

Must confess that I was a bit concerned about this store in the beginning. The overall looks of the online site had me initially thinking of a scam. Fortunately they proved me wrong. I made a purchase of a PC case that was hard to find and everything came out perfect. I purchased a product at a good price and got it within the specified time via UPS. Definitely gonna trust them again in the future.
