Brow soap is good it’s the usual one I get however my order was missing an item and I couldn’t get through to anyone to solve this. Great product but poor customer service so was disappointed

Ordered set on Jan 29th
Ordered set on Jan 29th, as I am writing this it is 20th Feb and I still haven't received my set!. I emailed Lambrow and was informed set was being shipped FROM CHINA!!!. If I had known this, I would have bought from amazon for next day delivery. The women informed me in email it is stated delivery from China when ordering but obviously not clearly enough! I thought I was buying from a UK company. I will never buy from Lambrow again, very misleading. Cannot comment on brow laminating kit as I still haven't received it!

Ordered and received all within a few days! Wasn’t thinking it was going to work, but I added too much water, second try I did it perfect and now I’m hooked! Use it everyday! Gives me confidence, feels comfortable, and I will definitely buy it again!

Don't be put off by bad reviews, I had a great experience, 10/10 would recommend
I bought the Styling Soap after seeing it on snapchat and after buying it was a bit worried by all of the negative reviews on trust pilot. However, the product arrived in really cute packaging within 3 days and the product is honestly one of the best eyebrow lifting products I have used. I don't normally buy products which I see on social media but I am so glad that I did this once as the brow soap is honestly better than so many other products I have tried. If you're worried about the poor review score like I was, I would say don't be. I had a great experience with LamBrow and intend on purchasing from them again. 10/10 would recommend.

Game changing product!
Amazing, must have product! I got the brow styling soap. Took a little bit longer to get to me as it was being shipped from the UK. However, the customer service was great and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Efficient delivery
Was a bit worried after seeing people commenting on delivery time but after asking they were very kind to explain that they had a set back due to COVID. Communication was very efficient and encouraging.
I ordered my product on Tuesday and it came today. Very efficient delivery quite happy !

Not happy with the results
Arrived quickly and the customer service was good. These are the good things.
The product itself made the skin around and under my the brow hair peel off and now, 10 days after the treatment my brow hair is falling out. I followed the directions exactly and am very frustrated with the results. It did give me the laminated look I was looking for, but unfortunately it is not something I would use again.

Too long shipment
I understand all difficulties caused by COVID, however, there was no information about sending it from China and I’m waiting for my product a month and the package still hasn’t left China.

Excellent product
Excellent product, arrived quickly aswell. The only thing I would say though is the size of box it arrived in for what was inside was ridiculous. Maybe it was just a one off though and that's not the normal packaging.

I thought it was coming from an English…
I thought it was coming from an English distributor but it came straight from China. So took a long time to arrive. The product itself is good! But I ordered that specific one thinking it was local.
