These people are fraudsters. They call themselves Laptopartstorecouk to fool people like me that they are in the UK so you expect fast delivery. Their site says despatch in 3-5 business days. It is now over 4 weeks since I ordered a laptop power supply and I have had to order another elsewhere as I needed my laptop working. Paypal have not been a great help by saying I had to wait until 20th June for Laptopartstorecouk to respond which they now have on 18th day saying they have shipped it. Total con.

My partner bought me an AC adaptor for my laptop from this company - the item did arrive but was absolutely useless and a total waste of money

Absolutely terrible. Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered a replacement macbook air charger 45W on 8 June, website still shows order as pending.. On 12 June. I asked to cancel the order as they could not update me when it would be dispatched. They do NOT have a UK phone number, they do not have live chat. I had an email from Smith Maria, telling me I could not cancel as it had been dispatched. Website still said pending..after several emails back and forth, I was given a tracking number. Let's see what happens next. I wish I had read reviews on here, as they get 82% Bad reviews. There's, a reason for that...

Very bad seller! laptop charger was delivered after 3 weeks of purchase and was damaged. They ignored my messages and I made a complaint to Paypal.

Total con of a store. They sell counterfeit items and if you want to return them you have to send them to china even if they were purchased in the UK. Avoid at all costs. Laptop part store, if you are reading this get in touch I'd love to have a one to one conversation with you. Your a bunch of crooks.

Bought a laptop battery. Got a confirmation email and that was it! No idea of delivery forecast. Contacted them 3 times, no response. Item then just turned up. Didint work at all. Supposed to be genuine but isnt. Their returns links dont work. Went through paypal and they finally responed and said I could return the item to CHINA!!! Absolute joke. Item was sent within UK to me so why should I return it to another country? I doubt I will see my money again. Would have given zero stars if it was an option.

Well I initially blame myself for not checking these reviews before buying from this website. My experience was no different from others. The item was shipped from outside UK, it took around two weeks to arrive, when asked the sellers they lied about shipment and when the item arrived it was fake and not an original Dell laptop battery. So if you are looking for a cheap alternative and happy to wait several weeks for a fake item then go ahead otherwise do not buy from them. I am surprised why PayPal continue working with these fake websites when there are tones of evidence to show they are opportunistic parasites.

they operate under many names, this is one of them. they shipped the wrong charger and took 2 MONTHS to arrive to canada. they said if i refuse to sign for the package itll go back to china and ill get a refund. guess what, no signature needed. now need to go through a very lengthy dispute process for this!!!

ordered a battery for my canon 7D mark ii on the 13th of may and was delivered on the 3rd of may. the battery is what is described but postage took a while. the delay in postage may be due to UK quarantine

Like others on here, I have not received my charger and they do not respond to email. I am glad I paid via Paypal so at least I have a chance of resolving this. I have started a case with Paypal to get a refund. Such a waste of time and meanwhile my laptop can't be used. So frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews first.

All disputes closed because so happy to receive it after a so long wait
But unfortunately it is a fake one
On weighting scale, it lost 10g
The charger which isn't ordered with doesn't charge the original
I won't use it in case it damages my camera
Really, these companies should be reviewed from the proper web hosts
Disappointed, so sad that this world turns like that (all about money)

I have only waited 10 days (I say only but compared to some people this is a short time) but I can already see what type of company this really is, I really wish I read up on it first!
Usually I wouldn't have minded but I need this part ASAP and was convinced it was a legit UK supplier. Definitely not the case. I'm also dubious that the part in question will be genuine as well.
Currently I'm trying to raise a dispute with PayPal as I don't find this acceptable. Looks like things are in their favour at the moment due to COVID-19 as it might take over 3-4 months to sort this out, especially if they are China based after all which I very much suspect to be the case.
Total sham company, no honesty/respect to their customers. Unless you like taking a gamble with your hard earned - AVOID!!!

please never ever use this company, I ordered my ASUS notebook battery , paid over £55 , and still waiting for a delivery after one and a half month, waiting more that 45 days and still nothing, only response from them is a tracking number and they promised me in 5 to 7 days.
Very bad , disappointing and now taking this up with paypal with whom i paid for this.

I've bought a Samsung ATIV Book 8 battery from the seller. They were slow in sending, but after I have sent them an email asking about my order they have replied promptly and sent me tracking code, confirming that the parcel had been sent few days earlier. I have received it after approximately 3 weeks from ordering. Considering that it comes from China in the pandemic times, I am happy with it.
The battery looks exactly like the original one (one might ask a question what it means considering that all the batteries are China made), except that the logo on it is covered with a tape, impossible to remove, so generally it came without logo. Otherwise all the data on the battery are exactly the same as on the one I have had in my laptop since purchased brand new. I have performed checking of the battery and the capacity, data is exactly the same as of the original one. So all seems good and I am happy with the product and sellers performance. Before I have purchased a replacement of the battery from EU supplier (although also China made) and had to return it. The replacement battery had lower capacity then the original one, although stated that it should be the same.It's not the case here.

6 weeks late!
My Dell laptop battery was giving up on me when i decided to replace it.
I was looking for British business and fast delivery. Laptopartstore was to deliver in 5 days, had business address in the UK, with reasonable price for apparently an original part.
After 2 weeks, i sent an email checking what was going on. Reply came saying another 5 to 7 days... 2 weeks passed, nothing arrived...
In the meantime i thought let me check business reviews. When i saw it on this platform, waw i was astounded! I have never seen anything bad as this! i was just about to order another one but to my surprised the battery did arrive 2 weeks later ( in total 6 weeks). It was the right part and it was new but not original. I replaced it and it works ok... so i gave it 3 stars...
Summa summarum this is definitely NOT British shop/location, very poor customer service, extra long delivery, not original part...

Fake parts that do not work.
As others have said this company is not in the UK. They are in China. 268 Knightsbridge, Oakthorpe, Birmingham, B37 6HX Drive does not exist.
The Original parts are all FAKE. Do Not Buy From Them
They want me to send a faulty battery back to China RECORDED Delivery and it ill cost more to do this than the battery cost. They are playing a good game and PayPal are useless and as soon as the company say to send it back recorded they wipe there hands of it.

Ordering a power adapter for Samsung monitor. After 1 month the part arrieved broken. Testing in three different ways: defect!
Since then I sent 4 emails - without answer. - My money has gone - as a apprenticesshipe primium for my inattention!
