Ordered a charger 3 weeks ago, no dispatch, no replies toy emails :(
What can I do to get my money back?:( Edit: received the parcel after over a month.No reply to my email s still.

Placed an order, no dispatch or reply to email in over 2 weeks. Poses as a U.K. based store but it’s based in China and your stuff is sent from abroad. Avoid

Took the money (via Paypal, who are useless). Have heard nothing. Have differing email addresses/domains, so hard to trace.

Avoid.

Bought a spare laptop PSU for my HP. It eventually arrived. Hardly used it as it was a spare to leave at home. Due to enforced working at home, used the power supply with 10 days, it went bang, burning smell and tripped the house circuit breakers.

Emailed them, was told I had to pay to have a replacement shipped, or I could send the faulty unit back to China !!!

Terrible company, they are not in UK, even though Paypal payment goes to Power Source Technology Co., Ltd and email address says gmail.com (even though google doesn't work in China) and they have another email that is info@laptopstore. co. uk.

I just wasted £15 and a lot of time.

I ordered a new charger for a Samsung tablet on 27/03/20 and as of today, 07/04/20 I have received nothing. I have twice contacted them and received answers that make promises but with no result. One of the replies was written in pidgin English which made me suspect that thay were not a genuine UK firm and this has now been borne out by my Google searches and subsequent terrible reviews.
I have now had to cancel my credit card which will cause considerable inconvenience for about 7 days.
I have learned a lesson and will never use an online company again without checking its bona fides.
my advice is : DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

The part was finally delivered today. It is, indeed, a tablet charger but I ordered a Samsung one and this is a Lenovo; Samsung say that no charger other than their own should be used, but hey-ho, I did at least get something for my money, notwithstanding all the inconvenience I have been put through,

Fraud company, avoid at all cost! Have lots of other company aliases too.

Do not use this store. They are putting up a front of being a UK based store when indeed they are Chinese. The items do not arrive and when you approach a claim through PayPal they are giving them a fake postal signed for receipt claiming that you have the goods.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys are not UK based and their support is awful.

I ordered what I thought was an original Dell laptop charger, from what I thought was a Birmingham, UK based company.

Part turned up after a week, after using it, it blew the motherboard causing me to have to pay to get the laptop ultimately replaced.

Support was awful, I can't pursue them for the laptop but I wanted a refund on the charger. 2 options, I pay to send the charger back to China or I pay a discounted price for a new one. Neither options are any good.

On closer inspection, the label is different to an original Dell charger and I do not believe it is genuine as per their description. This was verbally backed up by Dell after their technician checked it.

Purchased a Bose battery from this Company it arrived after 2 weeks and was faulty, also the Bose logo was covered with black tape, offered a refund but would have to return to CHINA, it is illegal to send damaged batteries through the post so was impossible to return, the company got around this by classing it as laptop spares and also lying about the cost of the battery.

They sent me a defective battery that swelled up inside my laptop and prevented me from using the trackpad. It also degraded to 2/3 its original capacity in a matter of months. I tried to contact the store THREE TIMES to arrange a refund and I never heard back from them.

No comunication at all regarding my order. Ordered an item on the 30/01/2020 and as of 25/02/2020 I have not recived a single update or any suggestion that my item was even processed. I have attempted to contact them but recived no replies.

Nothing has arrived and the case has now been escalated to Paypal.

UPDATE: Item arrived shortly after escalating to Paypal posted as 48 hour delivery. Item is as ordered and has been working fine. However I have still have not had a single responce to a single email.

Do not use this company, their communication is non existant. I have had no end of trouble getting an order resolved that did not arrive. Four weeks later I am still waiting a refund from Paypal who are no longer any pal of mine.

Has anyone got an email address for these scammers? I bought a battery but haven't heard anything in 2 weeks

STAY AWAY, I BOUGHT PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT HAVE IN STOCK!
NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL, AFTER 15 DAYS + I HAD A ANSWER BUT LYING ABOUT THE SHIPPING AND PRODUCT. IS BEEN A F*&^% NGHTMARE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, LUCK ME I AVE PURCHASED BY PAYPAL, OTHERWISE I CAN NOT GET PAID BACK.

Stay away. Charger took month to arrive. Died in two months. Emailed for replacement or money back and they have jerked me around for two months with no resolution. Say they’re Australian but actually Chinese. Complete scammers!

nothing has turned up for last 12 days, despite taking payment immediately on ordering.
No response to emails/complaint via paypal.
Absolute scam. Temptation of low prices.

Nothing has turned up, no response to any of my emails. TBH I blame myself. Was tempted by low prices, taking a look at the website now it is pretty obvious it's as dodgy as hell. AVOID.

DON'T buy from here!!! Had know idea I had even paid for my laptop charger, no receipt or invoice and thought it was a scam. Eventually it did turn up but doesn't work properly with my laptop. Anny who is 'customer service' sort of, cant really write in English so I have no idea what her response really was. Problem not resolved and emails ignored. I have no idea how this company can still run..

it is a bogus company. Even after two weeks nothing received and have raised a dispute.

I wished i had checked trust pilot before ordering.
