Fake battery shipped from China, Sent back and did get a refund.

Delivery is taking forever, I fear this is just a Chinese company selling cheap crap on a UK website. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

Ordered a charger for my MacBook, and it's an obvious fake. Doesn't look like any Mac charger I have ever seen and the CE label is just a sticker. They have ignored repeated emails asking for a refund, and clearly don't care that selling fake electronics is a safety risk.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I ordered a charger for my laptop as I thought my original charger had died - turned out it wasn't the charger that had died but the actual laptop.

I now have a new charger that is of no use to me, so I tried to initiate a return. Apparently they aren't based in the UK at all and you have to pay for overseas shipping to return the item, and then only get a refund if THEY decide it's in acceptable condition.

They tried offering a 30% refund and that I can keep the charger as a spare. It's of no use to me and doesn't fit my partner's laptop. I refused and said I wanted to proceed with a full refund; they're now offering 40%.

Having read other reviews about the quality of products received, I'll probably just cut my losses, take the 40% and put the charger in electrical recycling. What an absolute waste of time, money and resources.

Having read all other reviews I can see where this is going. Like other contributors, I can find no evidence of this company's existence, in the UK or elsewhere. Ordered a replacement battery for my partner's Sony Vaio laptop. £45. Took 17 days to deliver. Advertised as a genuine Sony part. It isn't. A cheap copy. Don't even know if there are any cells in the casing! Going through the process of trying to get a refund. If all else fails, I paid via Barclaycard who are usually fairly good dealing with fraud within a prescribed timescale. 1 Star review is far too generous!

I did think that I was ordering from a UK company but had my doubts as the only contact was by email.
Since learned that any legitimate UK limited company must be registered with Companies House (GOV.UK website) and should have a UK address on their website.
My"genuine Lenovo" laptop charger did not arrive within the "3-4 business days" so I emailed and to be fair got a reply within hours stating that it had got lost and I confirmed I wanted a replacement and that it would be sent in same timeframe.
I then read all the Trustpilot reviews and thought I was never likely to receive my charger or have money refunded.
I was amazed when the charger arrived today - 4 days after the replacement was sent.
Is it a "genuine Lenovo"? No
Does it work? Yes
The company clearly is not based in the UK as is evidenced by the poor English in the emails, BUT they did respond quickly to emails and I did eventually receive a working replacement charger within 4 business days.
Would I use them again? Certainly not for expensive items. Possibly if wanting a cheap generic item.

Ordered laptop battery. Did not receive email confirmation. Checked website and I duplicated order in error. Sent e mail. No response at all.
Have no idea if the order9s) went through.

Ordered a battery, informed the same day it had been dispatched. Supposed to be 1-3 Courier delivery but no tracking number given. 5 days later emailed them and was told they didn't have any in stock and couldn't get one from supplier, ignored the fact that they had said it was dispatched and why I hadn't been told this.

I was going to buy internal webcam from that site,,, but i thought that first i should read the review about the site,,,,,& after reading the comments of ppls now my thinking has been changed,,,,Thanks for giving your valuable review.

I would recommend that you do not use this company. I purchased a laptop battery from them which was more expensive than others because it said it was a genuine part, also it appeared to include the tools to open a laptop and was a UK company so faster delivery. More fool me. It took a month to arrive, no tool kit and the battery has now failed after 6 months. Avoid this company like the plague.

If you want to buy laptop battery or other devices, I strongly not recommend to buy anything from this company. It automatically added blankets with some different codes which were totally different from what you ordered. The item was sent to a wrong address but then the delivery company helped with so it was delivered to me. However, the battery is of a different model and then when you requested for the exchange, they would ask you to pay for the return and then you would find out they are located in a place/country that is illegal to send batteries back to. Therefore, you lose you money for a nonsense and they obviously deceive you without morality.
I have googled their email address and found that they have different websites of the similar names internationally. So please be aware of that! It also has a website named hkadaptersonline which is also frauding your money.

This company ship from China, not UK. Took about three weeks instead of 3-7 days, told when i ordered.
The worst is yet to come. The charger i ordered was a original Asus charger. The one i get is a "china-charger". I don't know if i trust it 😕

Website said stock available - item to be despatched - however then told it was coming from China !!!
Order placed 12 December, apparently item was delivered 20 January - Nothing received and tracking info says unable to deliver, abnormal package.
Think this is a SCAM.

Yea same here - just ordered an Acer Aspire adapter and specifically said in comments to send me the right adapter with the right connector - and they sent wrong one - now they want to charge me an extra £18 for the right one, I did order 2 years before and they did same thing and i was stupid enough to pay the extra £18 that time. I am annoyed as the website 'adapterworld.co.uk' shows the right product but yet the company Jeffrey Lin works for sends the wrong adapter

Do not use this company.I bought a laptop charger believing it was delivery from 3 to 7 days.It was in fact weeks from china! I cancelled the order and was told to return the charger for a refund.I posted the charger to the return address and still one month later i have not receved my refund.Paypal won`t intervene as i don`t have my proof of postage.I have no reply to my emails to Jeffrey Lin .He has stolen my money.This is the only way i can get some justice by ensuring no-one does business with this company.Shocking.

Placed my order on the basis of 3 to 7 day delivery. It was a choice between this company and one other offering the same delivery time.
I picked the wrong one and only after I placed the order did I find out the product was being shipped from China with no hope of receiving my order in the time frame. As this is a replacement battery for a laptop I need to take and use away from a power supply, they have totally misled me in to making a purchase.
I am now in to week three, have requested a refund, and just being told to wait.
Totally unacceptable and an appeal has been made to PayPal for a full refund.

SCAMMERS!!!, VOID THEM LIKE A PEST!. If you are reading this but made your order, contact whatever payment method you used and cancel the purchase.

ALWAYS CHECK TECH COMPANIES BEFORE ORDER ANY PARTS. I WAS SOOOO STUPID AND NOW I'M FIGHTING TO GET £60 BACK.
Was able to get my money back due the guys from PayPal were involved. Not sure is this company still on, but needless to say, any products from them are NOT original and won't work properly.

I did actually receive my charger unlike some people here. It got so hot after one use it blew up. Contacted customer service for a refund. No reply.

Ordered an Acer battery for my laptop on Oct 2nd, still hasn't arrived. No response to several emails asking why no order confirmation was received. Have a nasty feeling this company is a scam. Looks like it's UK based, but the parts come from China. Very dodgy...

Never used them! They are a thieves! If you used them you neve receive your paid items!
