Zero customer service, states it’s a UK company but ships from China. Also they won’t refund you, and you’ll also have to pay the postage to return it and not get your money back. Website is incredibly misleading. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered an ASUS charger to Germany with a UK plug but received one with an EU plug. They have been very helpful and sent a replacement one with a UK plug which I'm very pleased with. The EU charger works well - the only thing is the chargers actually come from Taiwan so can take a while to arrive.

I ordered a charger for my nephew’s laptop but they accidentally sent the wrong one. I emailed them and they’d already realised their mistake and had a replacement on its way.

Ordered a battery for my laptop. Paid with PayPal and then... nothing. No delivery, no confirmation and seller doesn't respond.

Fraud. Not original nor compitable product. Money lost as normal return label provided. Cost of return postage to China is more than product.

Description of the porduct may mention the brand name but the goods supplied are not of a same brand. If the requested item is not in stock, the vendor tend to send any old stock. In such situation, the purchaser will have to bear the cost of shipping goods back to them for a refund.

i thought this was a UK company, but it was shipped from singapore. Charger i bought was identical to the orginal. but it had no marking ofVoltage or anything.
Shipping took longer than expected since it was shipped from asia and not the UK. but arrived within the time they said it would. Good tracking along the way.

Product advertised as a genuine Acer adaptor, however when it arrived this was not the case. To make matters worse, the adaptor did not fit my laptop. Would not recommend this company. Please do not waste your money and avoid this company.

I bought a Dell charger with very little thought on a Saturday and it arrived on Monday morning.
Tested as working and OE kit too.

I ordered a HP charger assuming it to be a UK based company ( as other people clearly have) . The DC input connection was a smaller diameter than the faulty HP original so therefore wouldn't charge or would only charge intermittently if constantly held in an obscure position.
Measured with a digital micrometer your DC fitment has an outside diameter (od) of 4.47mm at the base, the original Hewlett Packard DC charger fitment has an od of 4.53mm, both have the same length of 11.54mm. Clearly the od difference results in the loose fitment and inconsistent charging issues.
I have contacted UK Laptop Accessories only to be told to return the faulty item and then it can be looked into. The postage via Royal Mail makes this a non-starter - the response/address given is :-

Please return it back to below address and mark the declared value of the charger as $10. Then we will not pay the duty. We did the same for you. we will resolve this trouble for you once we receive the returned parcel, thanks.

The first laptop battery that I ordered didnt work properly so I complained and they sent out a new one free of charge. Was happy with the service!

Placed an order for a Dell XPS15 9500 130watt USB-C PSU which arrived promptly. The PSU had some problems with intermittent charging, no power LED indicator. After some Q&A with UK Laptop Accessories via email to verify they issue they quickly sent out a replacement unit at no cost. Service was good, speed of response was good, Technical support was good. Over all very satisfied.

I placed an order and cancelled the same day, then I get a charge coming through 4 days later saying that my order has been shipped when I had cancelled the same day?

What are you guys doing? appalling website.

They claim they're a british website but they're based in China. Seriously misleading?

Item arrived pretty quickly. It works fine too. Happy with the service.

Only complaint is the lack of invoices/ delivery etc on placing the order. I did receive a tracking number after a few days though

Bought a well priced replacement battery for a Dell Inspiron laptop that's getting on for 10 years old now. Item took 3 weeks to arrive. Fitted the battery today (2024-06-05), it is correct, it takes a charge and the BIOS reports the battery to be in "excellent" health (replacing a "poor" one). My only complaint is the tracking page gave little info as to when to expect my item or any updates at all and while requests for information from customer service were responded to very quickly, the given ETAs were overly optimistic shall we say. Overall I've knocked a star off for the claim of "fast shipping" and another for overpromised arrival times from customer service when pressed. I otherwise received a cheap and working battery replacement for a laptop I now have no need to replace from a company quick to respond to queries, for a grand total of £47.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first when reading previous reviews. But the service has been excellent. There was some problems with the first package, it got stuck in the Swedish customs and because the recipient name didn't exactly match mine (address did), I couldn't receive it or get them to send it to me. So they sent it back.. During this time however uklaptopaccessories sent me a new package without cost, and this time everything went fine and I received the package in a timely manner.

Again, the help and service I got through email correspondence was excellent, especially from Justin.

I bought an Alienware laptop in September 2023, but only got around to installing it in December 2023.

By March 2024 it would turn off with 60% of battery left and would not charge to 100%.

Contacted the company through PayPal and they offered me a 50% refund which I refused as I wanted to buy another battery for the laptop.

Then PayPal required me to return the battery to China to get a refund. A used Lithium battery is classed as toxic waste and the return was not possible. it cost more than the battery was to buy.

The company kept the money and I do not have a battery.
