Ordered a laptop for a present. Got an immediate acknowledgement saying the order was "in process", and so I waited...and waited....
Emails to latest choice were ignored and eventually when I returned to my account, I found they had cancelled the order without having the courtesy to inform me.
Obviously they never had the item in stock to begin with
