I'm one of their customer from SEA021.
I dropped my goods since December 2021. Til now I haven't received anything yet.

They said the goods was stuck in the custom since March 2022. After all drama's, they asking me now to pay for the clearance custom as they don't have money to pay for their bills.

All invoice included custom.

N now they asked for extra €2,933. 48 for the custom fee without providing proof of customs letter.

Please, if you can avoid using their services. U better do not try.
I loss almost 5,000 euro and they didn't offer any pennies to give my money back!

Even I asked for money from the shipping charge Netherlands - UK, which is I haven't use it. They couldn't refund that money! Ashamed, they loss reputation because their own fault. N made me massive money!

I am one of customer of sea 018, delay more than 6 month. Too slow response. Problem solving is very detrimental to the customer. Communication with customer service is very bad since the cs always comparing the case with “online shopping-goods not available” and took my email personal rather than deal it professionally as it supposed to be. Never ever again sending my package with this company.
