Fast efficient service and competitive prices, snd quick delivery

Only received part of a purchase but when I phoned to query they had already found the missing item, packed it up and it was ready for next day delivery. Anyone can make a mistake but this one was corrected immeadiately. Description of items for sale is spot on too. Items well packed and fast (next day if ordered during the morning) delivery. Great service all round.

Absolutely fantastic company. I ordered some binoculars as an anniversary present for my husband but he had the same idea (we are off on safari). I therefore returned the ones I bought and dropped them off at a branch nearest to me rather than take the risk with posting them back. It was dealt with professionally and expeditiously. Wouldn’t hesitate to look to purchase from here going forward

Very happy with the product and with the price. Dropped a star because the item was poorly packaged and, possibly as a result of the poor packaging, delivery was a day late.

I ordered a pair of binoculars that were on offer. The next day, I received a call which I missed, but it was quickly followed by an email explaining that the model I had chosen was no longer in stock. However, they would happily replace them with a similar model of a higher price, but for the same price as the reduced model I purchased.

Next day delivery even with an impending bank holiday.

Quick, easy, couldn’t be more helpful at every stage

I've used London Camera Exchange for at least 14 years and I have to say I trust the company completely.

Last week I bought a Canon 90D body (used) that was advertised as having less than 1000 shutter actuations.

I'm not actually convinced the device wasn't an open box return. The body is utterly immaculate and even the packaging was 'as new'.

The communication was excellent, as always, excellent so I can honestly say they the Bath store provided me with outstanding service. Chapeau!
