My son ordered a jacket which was too small we were asked to return it and they would send a larger jacket. We returned the jacket they then refused to accept delivery and would not respond to our messages. Finally after at least 4 weeks we got a response to send the jacket back and they would send us a new larger jacket and pay for the postage as we had already paid twice. Once they received the jacket they made up some story of the unworn jacket being damaged and have kept it. My son now has no jacket, he has paid postage twice and they have kept his CHF250.00 which he had saved up to buy the jacket. Does anyone know what steps I can take to sue them and get my sons money back? Please help us? Please do nor buy anything from them? THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Extremely bad experience waited for 3 weeks and still parcel didnt arrived they are not responding and not giving refund please dont order if u do not wanna get scammed

Extremely bullshit experience with customer service and delivery. 4 weeks and my order is stuck at customs and these guys wont respond, please dont order from here if you care abt your money

Bought a puffer jacket for 250$ on their black friday sale and it's amazing. Ónly took 3 days to ship as well. 10/10 experience highly recommend.

Brilliant product. Took a while to arrive but other than that great value for money

Bought a jeans for my son, but the print “Le Just” was damaged after wearing (read showing and not working or something like that) the jeans several hours. The price € 85,00 is overpriced if the print damaged so fast. According the company it’s normal! So, no “Le Just” for us and my son even advise against “Le Just” to his friends.

Have tried sending them a mail about products with no luck. The page looks good, but has a feeling that they are not entirely to be trusted. An example of a jacket is in the description that it is sold out, but in the category where you choose size it says that several sizes are available. It says on the website that they accept Visa etc, but only via Paypal, so they obviously only accept Paypal. I do not have experience with buying since I cannot buy a single product. Tried to get hold of them but goes several months without answers. They have an instagram, but there is not much activity. The company does not seem credible.
