TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE, never order

If I would have option to put 0 I would’ve do that !!!
My experience is the worst ever , been charged for flowers arrangement and bottle of champagne for my moms birthday, which I’ve ordered 2 days in prior
Customer support has informed me that there is no champagne bottle available, anyways the most important were flowers! So in the end they didn’t deliver anything, no response from customer support chat , no refund
Shame on you and your service, you better do nothing than that kind of business when you spoil peoples mood with your unprofessionalism !

An awful experience

An awful experience! They don’t reply on your messages and calls. As well as don’t deliver your order and make a refund. Don’t recommend their service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

An absolute trash company.
They haven't delivered it on the selected day and haven't even contacted us to tell they couldn't do it... They just marked like it's delivered but recipient has never got anything...

Very disappointed, now we also need to fight for the refund and reaching them by phone is probably unreal. It's ringing and then tells you to just write them and hangs up on you.

SCAM!

This company ruined my day during…

This company ruined my day during valentine… i placed an order week ago before valentines day and my order didn’t arrive to my partner even though I contacted them at the morning and told them to make sure to arrive it the answer was keep in rest it will be delivered today and booom my bouquet didn’t arrive and it was too much easy for them and didn’t even apologize till i asked to and they only refunded me the price of my purchase and it was ok for them to ruin a special occasion… worst company ever and worst +carless customer service…i only ordered from them because the prices were better than other companies that I dealt with but unfortunately I learned the leasson… if u want ur order to never arrive on special occasion + careless customer service then deal with this company

Great flowers / but no time of delivery specified

The flowers were lovely and we're delivered in perfect condition. But, during and after the order process, there was no possibility of defining the time of delivery. This was very unusual and inconvenient. The flowers were delivered late afternoon but I had hoped they would be delivered in the morning.

Happy customer! Beautiful roses

Ordered from the UK to be delivered to my cousin in Switzerland, so I was a bit cautious about making the order. However I was amazed by the excellent customer service I received when I required updates regarding my order. They also send you a picture of the roses when packaged and ready to be dispatched. The recipient received the roses on their birthday as requested. She said they also smell very nice and look fresh! Thankyou very much! Will be ordering again for sure :)

Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointed.

This saterday morning, the site promised delivery on the same day.

Our flowers could not be delivered because ... all partner shops in the region were closed !!!
Now the receiver has returned home from the hospital after surgery and our flowers were missing.

Extremely disappointed !

Amazing customer service through & through

Amazing customer service through and through! First of all, the flowers were beautiful and as advertised. Secondly, and despite my mistake in identifying the correct delivery address, LesFleurs.ch continued to communicate with me to correct the error and delivered the flowers at no extra cost. The flowers brought joy to the recipient and that is the bottom line of their service! Thank you!

Dependable and convenient

Excellent! I've ordered about five times to Zürich from other countries and it has been perfect every time. Delivery times have been spot on, one occasion we had an issue with a supplier but Les Fleurs was attentive and understanding. They chased it up and helped me out. Never ever again

Never ever again

We ordered a funeral bouquet on March 3, 2021 from this company to be delivered within Austria to Gaaden. No caution they do not deliver to this area. Our card was charged and the very same day the company sent an email they did not have any local florist and they cancelled our order. Till today no refund, only several emails like this -

Delivered flowers are poor in quality and quantity

The flowers that they delivered were very different than what they advertise on their webpage. Some flowers were not in the bouquet and not even replaced by alternatives. Customer service claims "slight differences" may occur which is like a sad joke because what is delivered was way lower in quality and quantity than what I paid for.

I will never ever buy from them again. Stay away!
