Good experience with lesfleurs.ch
It was a good experience and the flowers delivered were beautiful. My friend was very pleased about them as they were fresh and done by a local florist. The only comment is to improve communication on when the delivery is expected to take place or confirm by email if the request made has been understood or taken into account. I didn't know what was happening until my friend sent me a thankful message.

Poor choice of local partners but good customer service
Our experience with LesFleurs started with disappointment when we received the pictures of flowers and the card and compared it to what we were sold. We expected some difference but this one was not even close. A card with a painting of a green leaf and a dragonfly instead of the card we selected which was a bride and groom driving away with a "just married" sign hanging off of their car.
After leaving my first review and being contacted by customer service, it turned out that the tasteless choices were made by their local partner. We were refunded for the total price of the card and 50% of flower basket with taxes and services adjusted to the new price.
All in all, it didn't turn out as what we were hoping for, on the most important day of our loved one. But in all fairness, their customer service department did try to repair the damage.

They do not delivery on the agreed date nor communicate on the status of the delivery.
I ordered flowers to be sent on an exact date for someone's birthday yet they never arrived. As of yet I still have not received any response on the delivery status.
When I tried calling them they just hang up the phone, this is unacceptable.

Horrible service delivery to Herlliberg
Hello,
I'm truly disappointed and shocked with the horrible service of this company. I paid around 100Chf for a delivery to a house due to yesterday. There's always people in the house so my friend expected the flowers to arrive but they never did. Lesfleurs.ch said they left note and brought it to post office. I have no idea why they didnt ring the bell! or simply they could leave the flowers at the door
