Scam

I spent hours doing surveys and once I wished to redeem my points it said a problem had occured , I contacted them and they said that they wouldn't be able to give me a gift card "due to your participation and/or membership not meeting the quality standards required by our panel" a great scam avoid at all cost.

Scam

many months of taking surveys sharing personal information every time in every single survey they banned my id , stole all my data for their purpose and gave me nothing my request from all is that boycott this platform and find some hard and real way to earn money beacause they are jus scamming users for their profit Lifepoints steals users' work.
So please anyone don't waste your time on this trust me try other sites they are just online robbers who are stelling your personal data just for their work without letting you know
So please rate them 1 star y'll and then see how they improve rate 1 star daily after 24 hours please help me to raise voice for the people those accounts got deleted without anything and all their time and efforts and well earned points for their data they gave trust me same thing whill be going to happen with alm after some days when they fell done with ur personal data trust me

Straight forward questioning and loyal payouts.

I love to make surveys on Lifepoints because of the fact that they are straight forward with their questioning. They just ask the necessary questions to see if you are in alignment with that kind of survey and mostofthe timeyou are. When yu got rejected in the beginning of your journey that is just because of the logical reason that Lifepoints doesn't know you yet that good to offer you the right surveys. Don't give up to quick because it is really getting easier with keep on trying. The more you try the more they will know what kind of surveys about products and services they best offer you.
The withdrawel process is to me very good although you have to wait some days before it is in your paypal account. But then again, this is also something you trust along the way.
I'm working with Lifepoints now for a few years and after i ask make compensation i don't really think about it anymore and keep filling in more surveys. A few days later i get a mail that says i received my Pay Pal money and so it keeps going.

I've always liked doing surveys. And this is the best place to voice your opinion and somebody listens.
Also, you really get paid. They don't try to lead you anywhere you don want to go. They are the greatest.

Account suspended

After many many years my account was suspended, reason given that my replies did not meet their standards. I have always answered truthfully and took my time. Interestingly my points were 45 points short from redemption of 10 Euros. There seems to be a pattern when I look at the recent reviews!!

Account suspended, points restored but blocked, contradictory explanations

I had a very poor experience with LifePoints.
After completing surveys legitimately and redeeming points for a gift card, my account was suddenly suspended and my redemption was reversed. No clear reason was provided.
What makes this worse is the contradictory explanations from LifePoints:
One email stated that the voucher was “not available.”
Customer support later stated that the points were reversed because my account is suspended, not because of voucher availability.
Later, the points were restored to my account, but I am still blocked from redeeming them, making the restoration meaningless.
Despite multiple follow-ups, LifePoints:
Refused to clearly explain the violation
Repeatedly stated that the suspension decision is “upheld”
Did not provide any path to resolution or redemption
This feels unfair and misleading — earning points, restoring them, but then preventing redemption without transparency.
Based on my experience, I cannot trust LifePoints’ reward system or account handling.
Not recommended.

My account was suspended

My account was suspended and my points were lost, there was absolutely no issue with any survey I completed and all were answered in good faith. No explanation was given. 14% of the reviews are 1 star and they all seem to be for the same reason, they aren’t freezing accounts when the balance isnt nil.

It seems obvious from the reviews that the company is profiting from others work and does not have to explain itself

Scam!

It is a scam! Be aware guys. I had the worst experience with this platform. They suspend your account right when your rewards are ready to redeem. Better to invest time and energy in legitimate platforms.

It was quite good until I had issues …

It was quite good until I had issues connecting my email address. Still waiting for it to be sorted. No point in carrying on doing surveys until it's resolved.

LifePoints is a great

LifePoints is a great, legitimate platform with a very welcoming community. Although survey invitations aren't as frequent as I’d like, the platform remains reliable. I just hope to see more opportunities in the future!

Dont use this site! Its fake!

If I could give this site less then 1 stars I would. I have been using it years already and suddenly they block my account, no reason is given, nothing. And when I asked to review why, sorry we cannot say? What kind of bullshit answer is that? What are you honestly hiding?
And I see other people have the same problem!

I loved life points until...

I loved life points, I had been loyal to them for many months. Until one day I tried to redeem my £5 and they said a problem occurred. I contacted support and they told me my account was suspended and didn't give any reason as to why, they also wouldn't even let me redeem my last remaining £5 that I earned...😔 Sad.
So basically looks like I've been kicked out and they are keeping my money. To anyone reading this, always redeem your points straight away because they may decide to randomly ban you.
