LifePoints had blocked me from logining in twice in the past two weeks. Their reasoning is unclear. They "fixed" it both times. We shall see what happens next time and reserve judgement until then.

Redeemed points returned & account closed
Completed numerous surveys over a year without any issue then without warning redeemed points were returned to my account & my account closed.
No real reason apart from their opinion that I was speeding through surveys.
I appealed this but was given a basic 'tough, we're not changing our minds'.

Account suspended for no real reason
I've only had an account for a few weeks & it has been suspended without any firm reason apart from 'security reasons'. I have answered questions honestly & have taken my time doing this. One survey about drinks took me days. My answers were the same every day as I drink the same every day. I earned enough points to get £25 & it was then that my account was suspended.

Anfangs machte es einen guten Eindruck, aber nach einiger Zeit habe ich festgestellt, dass ich mich getäuscht habe.
Ich kann ich mir meine Punkte nicht auszahlen lassen. Ich habe dem Support schon einige Male geschrieben. Man wird immer vertröstet.
Als ich hier durch die Bewertungen gegangen bin, habe ich gesehen, wie lange das schon so geht.
Fast 2 Monate. Sie kommen also ihrem Teil nicht nach.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das Betrug.
Ich denke, ich lasse die Polizei und die Datenschutzbehörde darüber entscheiden.
Denn verarschen lasse ich mich nicht und das sollte auch niemand andere hier zulassen.
Edit: Habe mich sofort an den Support gewandt und es kam das gleich raus wie vorher auch. Viel Gerede und Vertröstung.
Der Eindruck hat sich also nicht verändert.
Ich wollte auch noch eines anmerken.
Die Tatsache das sich noch Punkte für die Auszahlung zurückholt ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.

I can't cash out my points. I've written to support several times. They always put me off.
When I went through the reviews here, I saw how long this has been going on.
Almost two months. So they're not fulfilling their part of the bargain.
In my book, that's fraud.
I think I'll let the police and the data protection authority decide.
Because I won't be taken for a ride, and no one else here should allow that either.
Edit: I contacted support immediately and got the same response as before. Lots of talk and excuses.
So my impression hasn't changed.
I wanted to add one more thing.
The fact that points are being taken back for payouts is utterly outrageous.

LifePoints is my favorite survey site. I have been a member for a few years now. Never had a single problem redeeming rewards. Surveys always run great and the "not qualified for this survey" hardly ever happens. The BEST survey site, in my opinion!

Cancel Membership Just before a reward is due
Worked hard for them, get to 1 point of having a reward and bang they decide to cancel my membership. I tried to be honest with my answers so I do not know where or what went wrong. Not happy at all.

Best surveuy company
Lifepoints is my favourite survey company and I use many. The surveys are reliable and rarely exclude you once you have started unlike other sites and the rewards are good. They also have soom good longer term projects lasting a week that reward well.
