Following my previous review I have now been refunded the money owed to me by Lightupuk

Do not use this company - purchased a ceiling fan early march and then cancelled after being told item would be about 3 weeks but then had a change of heart and re-ordered it to find that I'd never been refunded for orginal order- had to open paypal dispute to get money back as they never answer phone lines. Second order was marked as despatched on 7 april and two weeks later still nothing, after trying to phone through again (successful on day 3) was told to leave a phone number and they would look into it and call me back (they didn't) so called again and was eventually told that the supplier never despatched item and have run out of stock again, so cancelled order again. The staff are not sympathetic at all and didn't seem to think there is a problem with advertising goods which are not in stock or expected to be in stock anytime soon yet happy to take and keep money - and 4 days later still no refund so just about to submit another dispute!

Customer service was on point throughout, my delivery came earlier than expected. Really happy overall and will be using light up again in the very near future !

Very quick delivery of fire rated down lights and track. Customer service was very attentive and couldn't ask for more.

Great products and quick delivery, shame they couldn`t supply the led lamps ordered at the same time as the lights due to a dispute with the suppliers megaman lamps. Requested a refund on the lamps just hoping this has been processed. will definitely use them again as the young women answering the phone when i inquired about when the lamps would be available, was very courteous and helpful. Just hope my refund is sorted,

They did not have the items but did not advise us of that. in fact the order screen said items to delivery in 3 days. Just a lie to get your purchase! They do not then answer the emails or facebook messages to ask for info. Then you have to fight to get a refund of your money.

This is the first time I've purchased anything from Lightupuk, buying a couple of PIR sensors for my home alarm system, lightupuk were the cheapest supplier I could find.
The ordering process was simple but I discovered on arrival I'd bought the wrong things (my mistake!), the ones I'd ordered didn't include ceiling brackets so I fired off an email to the company explaining my error and they were quick to offer a very agreeable solution, 2 days later I had the required brackets
Absolutely first class and I'll be using again.

I found Light Up UK, when Google searching for an MK outdoor socket by far the most competitive company in terms of pricing. I received timely email communication as to order confirmation as well as shipping tracking details. Received prompt delivery of my purchased item within 24hrs.

Based on my first experience I cannot fault but commend Light Up UK on their product and services.

I ordered my track kits on Easter Monday and received on following wednesday. Postage was free and the spotlights are of very high quality and well packed. The overall price was extremely competitive and will use again.

Have had no issues with this company, if it's in stock you get, according to the prices & rules.
Ordered my last item on Friday received before noon on Tuesday. In original manufacturer packaging with tamper proof seal. Good price & quality, will buy from this company many more times.

After over three weeks of waiting for delivery and three unanswered emails, it took opening a PayPal dispute to get a refund (within 5 mins of opening the dispute). A totally disappointing experience.

Ordered from these guys a couple of times orders have been good and found them very helpful

Bought 4 watt lamps and waited ages. Contacted the company to find they were out of stock. They refunded me.
I the ordered some alternatives which arrived the next day.
Personally I like this company and the products I have bought from them.

Do not order from this company, I placed an order 2 months ago and have not received half the order each time I chase I am told stock will be with me by the end of the week and this has been going on for weeks!
