This company has taken shortcuts that…

This company has taken shortcuts that scrape the bottom. We used to love there breadsticks. Big, fluffy, normal breadsticks. Now.. they ate no bigger around than my first finger. Not a one time bad experience fluke. Literally, what they are now. We can't understand why as it's dough. The ingredients are not expensive. But, here we are.

Gallup new mexico! We drove 45 miles into gallup to order a deep dish pizza and now they say I can not order my pizza unless I go outside amd call in am order! This is the most asinine comment even given to me! Wtf does it matter if I go out aode or simply oder my food with person standing beside me! What pure bs and laziness i wonder if its because im white! Def made to feel like this! And its believe if I was indigenous and or a navajo, i would be enjoying my pizza this moment but because im white, I have to go elsewhere and I will never see ur ceappy food in my hands again thank you for causing me to get better pizza from pizza hut! Lil Caesars stuff ur deep dish up ur racist butts!

I ordered pizza from Little Caesars in Livingston TX…

I ordered pizza from Little Caesars in Livingston Texas at least twice a week and for the past month my pizza gets worse I just ordered a five meat treat Pizza and got a three meat treat pizza for the price of a five meat asked for original crust half of its original another half thin I ask for extra Italian sausage and I barely get any Italian sausage I'm getting really disappointed with Little Caesars pizza and they were my favorite cuz I like their sauce but I'm thinking about going to Domino's now even though they're a little pricier oh well at least you get what you pay for

We went in and tried to order a pizza…

We went in and tried to order a pizza at 9:30 and they refused because they said it was too late to order a pizza. The guy working wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be on the lazy side. Perhaps you guys should just close early since nobody wants to work. By far the worst pizza place in Ada Oklahoma and the place smells like cigarettes.

HAIR IN MY PIZZA

The location in Miramar on University has horrible telephone customer services and food service. I called to notify them that I have hair in my pizza and they pick up the phone and laid it down without taking the call. I just left there with another customer was complaining about them not answering and leaving him on hold for 20mins. This type of service is unacceptable I don't care how cheap the food is, I shouldn't have to bit into my pizza and hair is pulling like its cheese. Im very grossed out. And to add injury to insult they still haven't picked up the phone and I hear them in the background. Horrible just horrible.

Hawaiian pizza should not be spicy!

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza which should have been ham and pineapple. Currently my mouth is burning and nose is running from some very spicy something that is in my Hawaiian pizza. Not happy! I don't do spicy and hot and no one at the store was interested in my complaint. Poor quality control.

Wasted my time, long wait for refund

Ordered a delivery order. Had driver switched a total of 5 times over the course of just over 2 hours only for the final driver to call to tell me my order couldn't be made because they were out of crazy bread dough and asked if I could cancel the order. Once I was off the call I received notification that the company had cancelled my order on their end. I thought no biggie, I'll just wait for this money to go back into my account and order somewhere else. Wrong. I had to wait 8 BUSINESS days to receive the refund. I have never waited any longer than 24-48hrs from ANY other establishment for a refund. Let alone one for an order I didn't physically cancel myself....needless to say I will not be ordering from here again, at least not online.

Detroit style Pizza

Why are the food chains so anal. Little Caesars has advertised Detroit style cheese sticks half of it is like a deep dish pizza and the other half are cheese sticks so I did not want pepperoni I want it sausage he says I can have sausage. Apologize and said well I can give you a small sausage pizza for $8.99 yeah that might have been okay if that's what I wanted but I wanted the Detroit style cheese sticks. These people are even district managers or store managers they are just a regular employees and you're there to make sure the experience is good for the customer not to shun them away with stupid rules.

Both items ordered were cold and the quality was -0. I am a long time customer, I understand short staff, but your product quality is horrible. I think moving forward i will not waiste my hard earned dollars on sub par food. I am disappointed to say the least

Don't waste your time.....

The first time I went there they completely butchered my order, and I didn't realize it until I got home. This time the kids saw they had 2 large 1 topping pizzas for 4.99 each. Went to order and it was charging me 19$ for it. Went to check out and it wouldn't give me the sale price even though I clicked on the special on the main page, and even put the "pizza pizza" code on the order. They are a cluster truck, don't waste your time, get Domino's cheaper and far better.

I placed an online order tonight for 3…

I placed an online order tonight for 3 pizzas 2 stuffed crust and a half sausage and half Hawaiian. I get to the store because it said my order was ready I get inside and I still waited 20 minutes for my order. I get home( I live 15 mins away) and 2 of my pizzas were wrong! I called them and I gave them my name and order number and they said they could remake the 2 pizzas that were wrong and to pick them up in 20 min. I get to the store and I give them my name to the them what happened and that I was picking up my pizzas and the guy said that he had no idea I was picking them up so I had to wait again another 20 min. Worst customer service ever!!!

Not good at all

Ordered pepperoni crazy puffs and an order of buffalo wings. The puffs were small and over cooked and I got teriyaki wings instead of buffalo wings. And the wings were small and over done. Store located in Thomaston, Ga.

Hygienic conditions.

Hygienic conditions.
Attendant rung on order on the register touching everything, including the tap machine.Then, went right over and started putting their hands in the pizza.And the ingredients.
When I confronted her about it, she said she didn't take any cash, therefore it was not needed for her to wash her hands.
Are you kidding me.
I said you touched the cash register in the tap machine and you don't think that warrants to wash your hands.She said, no, because it's not money.
I said, are you gonna stand here And argue with me?
Either you wash them or give me my money back.
She quickly proceeded to wash them begrudgingly.
This place like many other fast food places are turning into a complete joke, Especially after covid and during flu season.No wonder you go homesick with stomach aches.

Little Caesars is a joke

I placed an order for $40 on the app, which of course immediately placed a hold in my checking account. An hour and 20 minutes after placing the order, I called to be told by two different employees they did not have the order. I know with 100% positivity I selected the correct location. None of the others were close enough for delivery. So then why was my money placed on hold? Not pleased with this and want my money back. Never again will I order from Little Caesars again! There are plenty of other pizza restaurants out there I have never had a problem with.

It's like a hire employees that eat lead paint

Well, I don't expect the pizza to be that great. I do expect orders to be filled accurately. The location that I went to on South Congress and Delray Beach Florida. I had ordered my meal and they had given it to somebody else and instead of correcting it or having the current manager on duty after time come out from hiding in the back office they threw a hot and ready pizza at me and said you can have this or you can wait. I waited for my order and you made the mistake not me. The kid working the front desk didn't seem like you even knew where he was. Absolutely terrible the franchise owner. I'm waiting to hear back from on corrective action and possible refund since they didn't give me what I paid for and gave me an inferior less quality product.

SOOOO much sauce

Ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza with light sauce for pickup via the app and drove the 2 towns over to pick up and received a pizza with more sauce on it than I've ever seen on a pizza in my life. Angry and want a refund.
