I wouldn't even give this a 1 star review if it didn't make me to write this review. Ordered a simple Pepperoni and Sausage pizza with crazy bread and it had to literally be the worst pizza we've ever ordered. We just threw it in the trash because I'm not taking it back because I'll never order there again. The crazy bread was ok but not fresh. I truly believe that pizza sat there most of the day and they waited for someone to order that style pizza and they passed it on to us, but whatever I'm just will never eat from any of there restaurants again. Best of luck to anyone who orders from them.

Bad service . Did not receive all my order had to wait for them to make the other part of my order. Would not recommend ordering from 51ave and Glendale location. Unless you love shit service.
Extremely Rude staff
I went here for 3 hot and readys, after waiting for the Fourth customer to come in and order hot and readys and get theirs and leave, I asked the punk lil boy behind the counter why he replied it's because I stole something.... wtf!! then the lil boy wanted to fight, the manager Ashley didn't do anything... cracked out crew

I ordered the pizza normal pie cut like a regular wedge pizza. I got it all cut up in little cubes which drives me nuts because you can't eat the pizza without getting it all over your hands. Secondly, they burnt not only the crust but also some of the toppings. When I called the Manager and complained he said there was nothing he could do because I didn't check the pizza before leaving. So much for having trust in a company to do what is asked for and expected!

I had ordered the ultimate steak pizza and if there was steak inside Must have been very small little pieces, but I did get mushrooms onions and bell peppers if there was steak inside there I must have missed it, so where was the Supposed STEAK. That we see in the commercial
there was NO STEAK in my pizza. Also I ordered with the pizza was the cheese steak crazy puffs and they were burnt, the only thing that was right was the pepperoni pizza. Maybe they need to just make the pepperoni pizzas and drop the other stuff they call themselves making cause that was a wasted $30.+ dollars We spent with them. I don't see us returning to waste our money again, there are other pizza places, we will patronizing. I gave them 2 stars only for the pepperoni pizza.
Ignoring Coupons
I specifically clicked on the coupon for 2 pizzas at $4.99, put in my order, and confirmed that my card was charged for over $10 but when I got to the pickup window, I was told, by a laughing clerk, that the charge was for only one item and my coupon must have errored out. What a stinking Bait and Switch way to get additional revenue Little Caesars! From now on I will go to Domino’s where the coupons actually work.

First of all when ordering on the app, the address is not correct it’s 9854 but the actual address is 9852 between two staff members and a manager. No one has no clue or information, ordered online. Came in to pick up our order. Pizza wasn’t ready because they needed our order number so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our pizzas.The manager was very rude and unhelpful kept stating she didn’t know what was going on. The amazing part was that It wasn’t even busy whatsoever.just all and all not happy with the service. Or the manner the business.Business is conducted. Next time we’ll make the trip to the Big Bend location, even though this one’s five minutes down the road from our house.

I'll admit they're not consistent. Sometimes the pizza is overbaked.

App overcharged, rude local manager, corporate missing in action
App overcharged, listed the pizzas at one price but then the email receipt showed they charged me 40% higher price. Local manager was rude and condescending, said there was nothing I could do. I even showed her the app that proved I was overcharged. She admitted and confirmed there was a system glitch that showed the wrong price in the app, but she wasn't going to do anything about it and said no one else at Little Caesars could get my overcharge back. Still waiting on response from corporate (i.e. the local district manager). It's been days. Are they missing in action, more like missing/inaction. Hey Little Caesars IT department, your app had the pepperoni pizzas listed at $5 each so I bought enough for the whole family and them some but I was then charged $7 each! I wouldn't have splurged had I known. That's dishonest and deceptive. Yes, a $10+tax overcharge matters, at least to me and a lot of other hardworking people out there. Pizza Pizza? How about Rip-off! Rip-off!

Bad service
This is the second time I bought a pineapple pizza and a mushroom pizza with vegetables online, they delivered me one with pineapple and one with just the sauce and cheese. And poorly prepared, as if it was reheated. A mistake that makes me waste my money. I will definitely not buy here again. Once is passable, twice is incompetence.
