I had to renew our business insurances. My contact at Lloyd & Whyte was Kelly Sellick. Throughout the process she was knowledgable, very quick to deal with queries and policy changes plus a nice friendly person to deal with. Made the whole process easy and straightforward.

I was disappointed that our premium had increased by nearly 11%, Ollie assisted in understanding the reasons. I found him very pleasant to deal with.

Magdalena yesterday was friendly helpful succinct and even able to cut through some red tape in order to make up for my failure to renew before the renewal date and before my departure for Switzerland today. Thank you Magdalena

Tracy and Danielle secured a Holiday Let renewal quote lower than the previous year. Another broker said they were unable to get a competitive quote. Have used Lloyd & Whyte multiple times and they are always helpful. Reassuringly they were also excellent when I needed to make a claim.
